I wish I could find another Donatos location that would deliver to me. Over the years, this location has given me nothing but grief. Most recently, I called in an order (apparently no one does that anymore). I requested a few cups of pizza sauce with my pizzas and the nice young man gave me the amount and delivery time and I thought all was good. Then, someone from this location called me and wanted to discuss my previous ONLINE order and quoting what I ordered last time?? Whaaat? Basically he was calling to tell me they needed to charge me for my extra pizza sauce and didn't. I said, so basically you are calling me to tell me, you forgot to charge me and now you are charging me more money? Yes. I agreed to it. Did I have another option? Then I questioned why he was reading from my online order. That made me nervous. The manager takes the phone away from the man (I wish I could remember her name!-worked Sat. or Sun. 6/10 or 6/11/17) and says, ma'am, you have to pay for the extra pizza sauce if you want extra pizza sauce. I said, I ALREADY AGREED TO THAT!! NOW I WANT TO KNOW WHY YOU ARE LOOKING AT MY ONLINE ORDER AND NOT MY CALLED IN ORDER. She was short and unprofessional with me. Here's a tip about customer service....if the young man who answered the phone forgot to charge me for extra sauce, you tell him...hey young man, don't forget to charge for extra sauce next time, please! YOU DON'T CALL THE CUSTOMER AND DEMAND THEY PAY MORE AND BE RUDE WITH THEM. Accept responsibility for YOUR mistake and fix it. Fixing it isn't calling me and getting me all upset. Hopefully I can find another Donatos that honors my years of business and rewards me, not scolds me. Read moreOrdered food with one hour delivery time no big deal had about 45 min till everyone was home to eat. After waiting an hour and twenty minutes called the location to ask about the delivery and was told that it was on the way, by this time everyone is waiting to eat etc... Wait another 20 min still nothing have the wife go pick up something for everyone to eat and I call the store again to speak to the manager to cancel the order, during this time the delivery shows up about two and a half hours late tell the guy I'm not signing anything still on hold with the store waiting to speak to the manager. At about 40 minutes of waiting on hold someone goes to the phone left on the counter and hangs up the phone. Then I decided to go to the store to make sure that the money was refunded and to my surprise I find that all the kitchen staff is eating while preparing orders. Now I haven't been in the food industry in many years but I'm almost positive that every place that prepares food doesn't allow their kitchen staff to eat while making customers food. All and all it was a horrendous experience and I get that Donatos doesn't care about losing one customer but maybe after people find out that all the kitchen staff is eating while making food (maybe a customers food) then maybe they will make...
Read moreI ordered a pizza on 428 I get the same thing every time I order it's a large pepperoni with light pepperoni I like it ran through twice and I always get Parmesan packets I order a donatos Pizza four times a week........ So tonight when I place my order the lady that answered the phone has no customer service and when I gave her my number first she tried to tell me that she could have ordered to where I'm at so when I tried to give her my old number she rudely hung up the phone. N when I called back it took a minute to get the manager on the phone I ordered my pizza the same way I order it every time I call and when my pizza got delivered it's not like pepperoni there's parmesan all over my pizza which I never order my pizza that way so why would I start tonight so when I called the restaurant back to tell them my pizza is not the way that I ordered it I don't even think it was a manager was very rude and because he messed up my food he's going to block me and refuse to fix my order.
