You would think they knew the definition of double, I received two single cheese burgers, in the mcdouble wrappers, with a grill slip that reads mcdouble no pickle, yet only single cheese burgers each time. So I decide to call the store to inquire about a replacement, but there's no answer. We call on and off every five minutes for 2 hours and there's no answer. How is this possible. This used to be the best mcdonalds but now it's just shameful. Pics to follow
Experience #2 We sat in the drive thru for 3 minutes with the window down as the heavy snow blew into the car. We didn't get a single word out of the speaker yet the outer lane(that we were not in), had 3 cars go through it while we sat there. We said hello is someone there and the girl through the speaker said "wait, ill be with you in a moment" then silence. We waited another minute and then we left. As we drove around the building we could see the girl in the rear drive through window on her phone using the keyboard as if typing or browsing the internet or on social media. This is ridiculous. The interior of my drivers side door controls, dashboard, seat and not to mention myself are all wet now. This is honestly the worst experience I've had in any drive thru. This is not the kind of memorable experience a customer wants but its something I will never forget.
Experience #3 Decided to order on grubhub and when I received my order I received a big breakfast with no sausage or biscuit, a sausage mcgriddle with no sausage and no hasbrowns. Monkeys could do a better job.
Experience#4 Only returned because I was really close and my son wanted McDonald’s after practice. Placed my order at the kiosk with the big screen to make sure everything went through correctly. Took my table number and sat down, then waited 15 minutes and the order was never brought out. I went up to check on it and I see a receipt with table 6 on it that clearly says dine in sitting on the counter in a bag. I try to ask someone if this is mine and no one responds so I grab it and take it to my seat. The fries are cold of course with a hint of salt even though I asked for extra salt. They just put some packets in the bag. My burger looked like it was murdered, how they managed to get more ketchup on the outside of the burger than in the sand which I’ll never know. This...

If you're curious about what works on their new Mobile APP. I showed the cashier the UPC symbol to purchase in the restaurant I was in, and the scan worked beautifully. No problems. :)
I really like getting a # and it is delivered to your table. The staff seems to have got the kinks out from the newness of this brand new restaurant, (less than a month old) and service was prompt and accurate with our other orders.
We have been coming since the day it opened, and service has gotten steadily better. The food for a McD was excellent. Nice fries, and my cheese burger with pickles was great. And I did not have more than a 5 min wait with minimum staff. The Kiosks are also working flawlessly. The drinking station is a vast improvement over the old restaurant it replaced. Excellent Service, and very clean too!
We only live about 3 Blocks away, and stop in about 2x a week. The restrooms are always spotless, even during late hours... and inside service has been surprisingly quick... Read moreThey gave me a regular coke instead of a diet (I’m diabetic so thanks) dumped my drink in the parking lot once I realized and went in to get the right drink since they have the self serve fountain drinks, got what I needed and went. I didn’t want to waste my cup so I just went and refilled it. As I was walk out of the store I politely waved to the woman at the counter and went on my way, assuming that if there was a problem with what I had done she would just tell me there and I could explain that I was not stealing a drink and was trying to be environmentally conscious and not waste her time. Instead, as I am going to sit in my car, I hear senile wailing and look up to see the same cashier halfway out the door yelling at me across the parking lot for all to hear and problem the whole restaurant , accusing me of stealing a $1 drink. I understand McDonald’s hires elderly staff in the mornings and I respect that fully, but at least hire those that actually have the mental capacity to ask questions when they need to be asked and to know how to not publicly embarrass people over $1, no ones seriously driving around with empty cups trying to get...
