Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers — Restaurant in Fairfield

Been to canes plenty of times but today really upset me , I got the bare minimum of fries, usually I get a full side of fries but today I barely got a handful of them. For 12$$ this if not worth it I can get more fries at Burger king lol. There were about 13 fries smh 🙄 yet on my siblings plate he had a full side of fries … ps the female who took my order needs to work on customer service though she was not rude I did not get a greeting nor did she ask what I’d like compared to other fast food chains. I had to do all the talking not even a “what can I get started for you” she stayed mute as if I’m suppose to be the one greeting and ask what I want. Just awkward and not welcoming, she looks like she doesn’t really enjoy her job as she repeated my order she mumbled in a low voice , it was hard to understand. Besides that the male with the makeup was very talkative and respectful! Big difference in respresentsrion. Lame. Ordered online 9/30/2025 for curbside pick-up (crew delivery). Waited 25 minutes no food so I walked in. No customer ordering, noticed to-go bag at the counter. Told the guy curbside pick-up. He gave me the bag I saw sitting at the counter. I told him I ordered for curbside pick-up/delivery. He said, oh yeah we’re short-handed and I’m not suppose to leave the cash register. I thanked him. Mind blown! Lame, why even have the option for curbside?! The curbside parking is in view of the cash register and my car description is on the ticket. 5 seconds to deliver. Went through the drive-through it was extremely busy. The lady that took my order was not friendly seemed in a hurry ,And I really don’t know why because of several cars in front of me waiting. Had to wait for a while in the drive-through to finally get my food. I ordered a three-piece meal which cost $12.56 seems kind of expensive. The young man handing out the food was very friendly but When I Received my drink with no Straw received my food with no ketchup. And the food seem kind of old french fries were soggy, Chicken oily And soggy. This is the first time I’ve ever had a bad experience at Cann’s Usually, everything is very fresh.
