Toscano Pizzeria — Restaurant in Fairfield

I drive by Toscano Pizzeria everyday. I haven't been in there in 6 years. Little did I know that the business had been sold to a fine business man who knows more than most about what it takes to make "Perfect" pizza. His name is Frank. He is from Ecuador. Now I've been to Ecuador so Frank was really no stranger to me. I was hungry, it was late and I didn't want a whole pie. I said eff this I'm going to Toscano Pizzeria. WOW!!! Lets face it. There are several pizzerias on every other 2-3 blocks. Which ones are really very good? If you mentioned Pepes of Fairfield you are definitely mistaken. I am so sick of the dried out charrred burned disgusting pizza crust. Frank at Toscano's makes a wonderful crust every time. Soft, flavorful with a slight crunch and a touch of sweetness. His topping are plentiful and you don't have to beg for tomato sauce. Pepe's wants you to pay extra for extra sauce. Frank's sauce is delicious. His calzones and all the other items are right on point for this small neighborhood establishment. His brother owns the other store in Bpt in the N.E. Try Toscano Pizzeria at least once and you will discover something a lot different like taste, quality, service and price. Thanks Frank keep up the great work and I'll keep coming back.......and...

I am absolutely 100% completely in love with Toscano's. The food is AMAZING, you get so much for your money and the staff is EXTREMELY friendly and accommodating. The best part is, I have never been to the location! I always order delivery and to be able to portray that sincere genuine appreciation for customers via phone is not easy and Toscano's is just perfect. They deliver insanely fast and there was one instance where it took a little longer than expected but the delivery driver was so apologetic and just the nicest nicest guy ever that I completely forgot about it AND the food was STILL hot! I live in Norwalk so the fact that they deliver to me and in such good time with such amazing food is phenomenal. I have worked in restaurants for over 13 years and it takes a lot to impress me, but I can honestly say that Toscano's impressed me SO much that I even have had my boss order food, my friends order food AND my parents. We are all in with Toscano's and PLEASE don't EVER stop delivering to Norwalk :)))) I...

Food is good but the management is HORRIBLE! I just ordered over $120 worth of food and they sent it to the wrong address. It’s now been 2 hours since I’ve ordered and the manager wouldn’t even get on the phone or offer a discount, NOTHING. I would never run a business like this especially for a customer who spent so much money. Garbage manager.

Not the first time either. I ordered for delivery one time before and after an hour and a half went by I called and no answer. Checked my email and they had canceled it AN HOUR AFTER I PLACED THE ORDER. Terrible customer service and zero customer appreciation. You’d think a restaurant in the pandemic would want to get every customer they can. Get a new manager...
