I work in retail and I train cashiers quite frequently and I don't know how to approach this other than to say Mary is woefully unpleasent. My mom and I went in a few weeks ago and after we placed our order I noticed that I had mayo on my sandwich,and yes,I'm allergic and I did inform the cashier,and truthfully while it's a big deal the level of rudeness Mary displayed is. As I was standing there the cashier walked over and asked what was wrong with my sanwich. She wasn't exactly thrilled but she took it and told the person making it to do it again and at a different station without the mayo. Mary gets the sandwich and loses her mind! "Did you put mayo on it?",the cook tells her no,"Are you sure?",the cook says,'I didn't." and this woman procedes to make snide comments the entire time I was standing there. My mom and I could hear her from across the dinningroom and I'm really surprised none of these people either clocked her or just quit. I don't know if she thought she was being entertaining or lording it over the employees but she was not entertaining me and all I felt as I walked away was pity for anyone who encounters this woman! After a few bites both my mother and I were done. Listening to someone chew out employees,More to the point teenagers!,was getting on our nerves. Mary there's no specific law that says you need to work in an industry that requires contact with people,and this is coming from someone who works in a store all day,and you really need to become aware of your limits. If people annoy you,if you constantly feel the need to insult,degrade and belittle others perhaps you should consider retirement or entering another profession. Read moreStay Away From This Place! I ordered a few meals through the drive-thru today, was told to pull up and wait. So I did, but no one came out, so I went in after waiting awhile. It wasn't busy at all by the way. I was told "Oh, didn't know where you went" yet no one bothered to look outside. Now my food has been sitting for about 10mins plus. I get home and take my first bite and this is what I received. After my stomach turned and was disgusted, I got back in my car, drove back, and returned all the food. Was given a refund, one apology, and was given absolutely no incentive to come back from the manager. If this is how they are with customers, I have no doubt that the kitchen and food is just as disgusting as their customer service. If you can't toast a bun, you can't cook food! They lost a customer for life and anyone I speak to as well. I feel sick to my stomach, yet still so hungry. Be Ashamed...
Read moreFor me its either 1 or five stars with BK, I know the food isn’t top knotch in terms of ingredients. It was 1 hour before closing for my order, I was cheap and got a coupon meal deal.
However in my fair share of BKs in MA. This location deserves an one, due to purely food quality. The fries were lukewarm and tasted like they were sitting since like 8:30 pm, at least two hours. I suggest cooking less fries to avoid waste and so customers could get hot food.
Same with my duo original chicken sandwich. Both were barely heated, but cooked. I managed to eat with with little enjoyment and my second sandwich tasted off. I couldn’t stomach the second, an experience I never had with BK’s original chicken sandwich. The only good thing about the location was the nice order taker.
At least with other BKs I had way fresher food during night time. But all in all I am not interested in...
