I came in a few nights about it was 7:45 & I was confused when I walked in because everything was being closed the whole place looked like they where about to lock up and they still had over 2 hours to be open . I walked up to the counter it takes 5 minutes for 1 of the 7 people working to stop doing what they were doing to wait on me . I ordered 2 bowls with white rice he tells me he only has enough white rice for one bowl and doesn’t have anymore so my boyfriend agrees to brown rice . Then I wanted chicken and he wanted steak well he scrapped the bottom of the pan and if I got 3 microscopic pieces of chicken I was lucky he then proceeds to the lettuce that looked like it had been there all day and when it needed to be refilled they just threw new stuff over the bottom stuff so it was disgusting. I finally get to the register & I order 2 large bags of chips one with guacamole & one with caso dip , the cashier proceeds to tell me they have no chips at all . So at 745 they had no chips no new rice the very end of the day chicken and lettuce & ALL 7 EMPLOYEES HAD CLOSED THE STORE THATS OPEN FOR 2 HOURS AND 15 MINUTES MORE DOWN . I know for a fact that when I managed Dunkin’ Donuts if any of my staff ever did that they would no longer have a job . Why do you even stay open till 10 pm if you staff is closing everything up by 745 pm . You should always have enough of everything till the store is closed . Everyone gets chips with there meal it’s like telling someone you don’t have the wraps for burritos . Why are you even open . I spend $32 on food that was not even warm and it was old . Highly disappointed because I order chipotle all the time . When people eat out they don’t wanna waste there money like I did . I even told my boyfriend I didn’t wanna pay for it because everything was old and then they didn’t have chips . Lucky he was like they made it you have to pay & I didn’t walk out . Worst chipotle ever can’t believe I wasted my money on old food . Make sure your employees are keeping your establishment open till the time it says and not closing it down...
Read moreIf I could give it 0 stars I would. Placed an online order for pickup . Show up 5 minutes after the estimate time and give them my name at the register as I’m here for a pickup. Sit around for 20 minutes while people are coming and going . I’m usually patient and don’t make a scene but when the restaurant has 1 customer seated and the staff is chatting to one another that is when I lose patience . Finally one of the teenage workers decides to finally come up to me after telling them my name that they would make it now with no explanation as to why it wasn’t done. After pressing her I’m told by the girl that “they refused to make it” whatever that meant. So I ask again and I’m told I’ll make it now. Ask the other teenagers who were also working what that meant and everyone just gave me the deer in headlights look. Nobody took accountability for it. Another customer prior to me was given the wrong order twice while waiting for his pickup order. That should’ve been the red flag right there that these kids just didn’t care. I wasn’t going to go back n forth with them so I asked for a refund and I’m told to call corporate. Place needs to really evaluate not only their work force but also their refund policy. When you have angry customers who want refunds you don’t make them now call 800 numbers to get money back. Left without food and will never...
Read moreFirst time eating at Chipotle. I will start off by saying that I have that gene that when I have cilantro, I taste soap. I have seen online that most locations can accommodate people that have the same gene. Well, not this one in Fairhaven. I drove by when the first opened about 11:15. Asked if they could make me a bowl with cilantro free rice and was told, they already have the rice mixed, which is fine but they never offered to make me some without. So I changed it up and starting having the girl build me a salad. I added greens, chicken, salsa, cheese and sour cream. I found them to be VERY stingy with the chicken serving. I would say what they first gave me was less the 1/4 of a cup. So I asked for another “scoop” and was charged another $4. Then I asked for the vinaigrette, salad dressing. Well then another issue arose. I was told they haven’t yet made it. So then I was stuck with this salad that I had already built with no dressing. I just asked for salsa on it to hopefully make some kind of sauce. Of course, that was a separate charge… Meal was a 2/5. Flavors were just ok, but sooooo overpriced for the little tiny portion. My actual container was filled MAYBE 1/2 way. Total $15.58. Crazy! Can’t afford to go again. In fact, I ate a snack when I got home because I...
