Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Fairhope

Went to get the $6 pizza they advertise on T.V. and they wanted to charge me $7.14 for it. When I told them that it should only be $6.60 they said they were a franchise and that was their price. I asked to speak to a manager and they gave me a teenage team leader. She wouldn't budge on changing the price. So I ask for a manager and of course none there. So I asked her to call the manager and she gave me an attitude but called. He also said he couldn't do anything about it. So I went on ahead and order the pizza for $7.14. She then started getting smart with me because i asked her for the corporate phone number. And she said and so did the manager, that there was an e-mail address on the box. Then a girl from the back came out and started cursing at me with some very foul words and came up and tried to fight with me. When I asked for my receipt that the team leader had thru in the trash, she got it and thru it at me. When i told her she didn't have to through it at me she opened the cash register and thru my money at me and told me to leave. And all the time the other girl is still cussing me out and wanting to fight me. All this for 50 cents. I am a 70 yr old woman and they were a bunch of teenagers that have never been taught customer service. They just lost a lot of customers !! Because I will tell everyone I know...

Ordered the fantastic four pizza, both times i ordered it was made with traditional crust and not with the "toppings to the edge" like its advertised to be. The first time i ordered it was also stuffed in a deep dish box with half of it folded over but i was hungry so i just accepted it. The second time, while it was in the correct box i called out the staff and asked why they keep making it wrong and the little 17 year old girl who could care less blatanly lied and said they did it the the edge but the crust blows up in the oven and they cant help it. She offered to remake it but i said no because i dont want spit in my pizza. Their pizza portal has also been broken for i dont know how long, every time you come in you have to ask for the pizza instead of putting your code in becasue the doors dont open. Its clear this location's owner doesn't care about standards or customer service. I will go back to ordering from...

The pizza was hot when it was finally ready, so I will give them that. The service was absolutely unacceptable. The teenager at the front counter was very short with all customers and acted like he couldn’t wait to get back to the back to play with his friends. All employees were horse-playing and screaming profanity even though there was probably 6 customers waiting. A gentleman with an accent (who had been waiting who knows how long before we even arrived +15 min after) finally got his ONE pizza and was trying to ask about grabbing his drink and the front desk teen straight up ignored him walking away. The glimpse I got of the teenager in the back making the pizza was of him without gloves on touching the food and not wearing a hair net when he had a large head of curly hair. No adults on-site...
