I'm a food delivery worker. I had an order with this Wendy's on Jan 29th 2021. My order was supposed to be ready for pickup at 5:35. I arrived at 5:33. The store had signage indicating that the lobby would be open until 6 pm. But the doors were already locked.
I called to ask if one of the employees could bring my order to the door. They refused, said I would have to go through the drive through. Ok. So i do. When i get to the pickup window, they hand me the drinks and ask me to pull up, SO THEY CAN BRING MY ORDER OUT TO ME.
So I pull forward. I end up waiting 23 minutes for them to finally bring me two bags with fries and burgers. During my wait, about 11 cars came through the drive through after I pulled up from the window. Each of them were immediately served, while I was forced to waste my own time and gas sitting ahead.
I tried to call the store again to check on the order about 10 minutes into my wait, only to discover they had unplugged their phone. I know this because my calls ended immediately after I made them. I had another person call to make sure, and the same thing happened to them.
So overall, they hung me out to dry while serving the customers deemed more important than delivery customers that have already paid for their service. Horrible, and extremely unproffesional. I hope the owner knows they unplug their phones whenever they feel like it.

I came here yet again on a delivery order. Figured I'd give this wendys another chance. Big mistake. I don't know why anyone is giving this Wendy's 5 star ratings, strikes me as plants or fakes.
I came into the lobby as instructed through my delivery app, walked right up to the counter and I was promptly ignored for a good 7 minutes before I just let it go. Customers came in behind me and were tended to immediately. It's astounding. The employees and manager all saw me. No one said anything. Not an apology for the time, not letting me know when it would be ready, they just completely ignored me.
Delivery drivers, stay away. Don't take orders here if you can help it. They'll burn up your gas and waste all of your time without a drop of remorse. Horrible,...
Read moreAround 845pm on 5-7-18 I visited this location via drive thru. I was greeted by a cashier in which I didn’t catch her name. I gave them my order and pulled forward. I was overcharged for my meal that I received. I asked for a receipt to look and make sure it was overcharged and when I asked for one, she said her printer was out of paper and that she didn’t have one. She rang up the order again and saw that I was overcharged. At this point I was in drive for almost 10 minutes. They finally went and got the manager Brittney from outside taking a break. When she came in, she not once apologized for what happened or said anything to me. Which is okay. I wasn’t upset about it. She gave my my correct change back. I received my food and went home. When I got home, my order was completely wrong and fries were cold. Luckily, I live 2 minutes down the road. So, when I came up to the building, it was wrapped. About four cars in drive just waiting to order. Brittney, the manager, was sitting outside, taking a break again while her store was wrapped with cars. She saw me walking in with a Wendy’s bag in hand. She turned her head about and proceeded with her conversation. I went inside and I was greeted by a gentleman named Hayden. He quickly took care of the issues and apologized. He made sure everything was hot and fresh and I had everything I needed. The bacon, cheese, egg, and biscuit was good. The fries that came with it was okay. There was no decaf coffee. The regular coffee was extremely strong and very hot. So strong that it was the worse coffee I ever tasted. I could taste the grounds it was so strong. I had to put ice in it in order to drink it without burning my mouth. Then I had to put 2 sugar substitutes in the coffee in order to kill the extremly strong taste. Otherwise, it was a pleasant experience due to the friendly manner of the cashier. The servers sitting in the restuarant were unfriendly, never smiled, and never greeted me at all. I was the only person there. I was not sure that they were open. It must have been right after the morning rush but the breakfast menu was not visible. This was about 10 am+. The cashier was the only friendly person upon entering.
