Blonde Roast - Starbucks® Christmas Blonde
Our Starbucks® Christmas Blonde Roast is delightfully approachable and perfect for celebrating together. We start with beans from Indonesia and Ethiopia for herbal, maple-like sweetness and add sun-dried coffees from East Africa for a burst of spiced citrus and fig. The coffee is lightly roasted to bring out woodsy aromas and a smooth flavor with just the right amount of seasonal spice.
Medium Roast - Pike Place® Roast
From our first store in Seattle's Pike Place Market to our coffeehouses around the world, customers requested a freshly brewed coffee they could enjoy throughout the day. In 2008 our master blenders and roasters created this for you-a smooth, well-rounded blend of Latin American coffees with subtly rich notes of cocoa and praline. It's served fresh every day at a Starbucks store near you.
Dark Roast - Starbucks® Thanksgiving Blend
Starbucks® Thanksgiving Blend is our expression of gratitude to the world's most distinctive coffee regions. Beans from Sumatra in Indonesia, Sidama in Ethiopia, and the Antigua region of Guatemala are expertly blended and richly roasted to create a cup that's delicately sweet-and worthy of the finest feast. Elegantly flavorful and aromatic with notes of candied pecan, sage and dried fig, it celebrates the true spirit of the season. Bright Meyer Lemon & Cocoa Nibs
Dark Roast - Caffè Verona®
Well-balanced and rich with notes of dark cocoa and caramelized sugar. Try it with a piece of dark chocolate to bring out even more sweetness and depth.
Decaf Roast - Pike Place® Roast
From our first store in Seattle's Pike Place Market to our coffeehouses around the world, customers requested a freshly brewed coffee they could enjoy throughout the day. In 2008 our master blenders and roasters created this for you-a smooth, well-rounded blend of Latin American coffees with subtly rich notes of cocoa and praline. It's served fresh every day at a Starbucks store near you. (Decaf, just the way you like it.)

I come to this Starbucks almost every single day, and it’s honestly disappointing how consistently unpleasant the experience is especially when Steph is working the drive-through. As a regular customer, I expect at least basic courtesy, but instead, I’m met with an attitude that makes me feel like I’m a burden. She’s always short, unwelcoming, and clearly tries to rush people out without even a smile or a simple “thank you.” It’s the same energy every single time she’s on the window. The drive-through as a whole feels cold and unfriendly. For a brand that prides itself on customer experience, this location, at least when Steph is working, completely misses the mark.

I love going to a brand new location whenever possible. This is probably only the second time I've been to a Starbucks that's pretty new like this. Very nice experience and a good staff. I'm not staying to have my drink here, but I do appreciate the seats with multiple spots of USB ports and wall plugs for your devices. Ample seating and high ceilings makes it a welcome place to be. Obviously the bathrooms are flawless, but it is a new location so that is obviously expected. That I really hope this location helps this suffering plaza.

HORRIBLE. I did a mobile order and have been waiting for almost an hour. Then they proceeded to bring me a drink made wrong, and got upset with me when I stated it was wrong. All the staff are standing around on their phones like they're lost & there is 10 cars behind me.

I travel all over and Starbucks is my absolute favorite place to grab a drink. However, your Fairview location is truly doing your corporation a disservice. Every time I come here the same teenage girl in the drive thru gets my order wrong. I visited this coffee shop hoping for a relaxing drive thru experience, but unfortunately, the service left much to be desired. I ordered a Summer Berry Lemonade Refresher with light ice. My order on the screen was accurate. When I get to the window I am informed their app scanner is not working. They offered to take my phone and scan it inside the store. I politely declined and advised that I would just come inside. Lets be honest, who gives a stranger their unlocked phone to walk away with? So I pulled around and just prepared to have my drink and maybe get a snack to sit inside instead. While the ambiance had potential — cozy lighting and a decent layout — it was completely overshadowed by the rude and dismissive attitude of the staff.

From the moment I walked in, I felt like an inconvenience rather than a customer. All of the servers behind the counter didn’t offer a greeting, barely made eye contact, and acted as if taking my order was a burden. Eventually, one younger lady comes over and says "you’re the Lemonade?" I looked at the drink and saw that it was a Strawberry Acai Lemonade. I advised the young girl about the mix up with the order, the response was curt. She then said “ well just take the free drink”. I told her no thank you, I wasn’t a fan of the Strawberry drink. From there, she slammed the cup back on the counter and went to making my correct order. It wasn’t just a bad day — it seemed like this kind of attitude was the norm.

To make matters worse, the Refresher took an unusually long time to arrive, and when it finally did, it was handed off with a “sorry about that” in the most condescending tone, a half fake smile and a eye roll. After that interaction I took my drink and left. As I get down the road, my Summer Berry Lemonade is literally watered down. Like they put a bit a lemonade and coloring in the drink to make it look good. As bad as I wanted to turn around and go back to the store, I chalked it up as a "know better". I now know better to NOT patronize this store. I may be one customer, but if your staff keeps up this behavior soon it will be hundreds of customers. And from the other reviews on Google I can tell I am not the only customer that feels this way.

For a place in the hospitality business, the complete lack of courtesy was disappointing. I rarely leave negative reviews, but customer service is a huge part of the experience, and this shop fell far short. I hope the management addresses the issue, because the space itself has potential — it just needs a staff that actually wants...

FIRST TIME HERE. LAST TIME HERE!!!! Imagine walking into the store and discreetly asking the employee if she can unlock the bathroom and that employee tells the other employee to open the bathroom and that employee tells the other poor person to open the bathroom and that employee tell the other person to open the bathroom and the last employee tell the other person to come open the bathroom EXTREMELY Loud . they finally open the bathroom with me standing there with a full Store of customers? The embarrassment of Being humiliated. If I wanted the entire store to know that I wanted to use the bathroom, I would’ve shotted it instead of whispered it too one person that embarrassed the hell out of me by seven employees down the line. Never the less like a dummy i still purchased. SMH in here in parking lot still baffled giving my review. My plans were to dine in due to the embarrassment. I’m sitting in my car eating. There’s no Excuse. And Starbucks you need to change your policy I lost my appetite. I don’t...

I placed an order through the app at 4:24 pm on 8 August. I didn't get my order, a sandwich, until 4:44 (details below). There wasn't anyone in line inside and the drive thru line wasn't busy with only 2-3 cars max during the 20 minutes I was waiting and the call in orders counter was only crowded with one drink and a cup of ice. I saw two people go in the back on break during the 20 minutes and it wasn't until I talked to a barista, they finally got on it. When the barista (black guy with a beard, approx 5’5) gave my sandwich to me, he threw it on my hand and didn't apologize at all and gave me discouraging/mean look. I placed a complaint with an online agent who gave me a $5 refund. I've been to this store before and been in line inside and they are not busy but the barista’s don't at least say, “Hello, Ill be with you...
