Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Fairview Heights

Will never order there again! My wife and I ordered on Friday 12/10/2021. The email response showed 45-54 min for delivery. Took over 2 hours for us to get our food. Normally I would understand issues come up, but we have two young kids that where starving, and no one from the store bothered to call us about the issue. When I called them, I was hung up on twice. Finally got through a 3rd time, asked for a manager as the response I got was..why? Told them why, the lady just said I will take down your name and number and have them call you. She only took down my number and hung up. When the food actually arrived, it was cold! Took us 15-20 min to warm it up ourselves so our kids could actually eat. A simple phone call saying they are having staffing issues would of worked. I would of came down myself and got our order, but the rudeness of the lady on the phone, the fact that our food was cold, and the fact I still haven't received a call back from a store manager is the reason why I will never order there again. Overall, very happy with this location! Love online ordering and the coupons offered! My 2 (minor) complaints: over the summer, ordered a pretty big order via phone. Had to repeat my order and card info. after a very weird and awkward pause necessitated by the gentleman on the phone; I was offered a free 2L for my troubles, which I of course didn't receive.

I also do not like their online setup for carryout. If I want to leave a tip, I should be able to. It's unfortunate, because especially last night (Christmas night), even though I was doing pickup, I wanted to leave a few bucks as a thank you. I don't have cash on me generally (especially these days), and wanted to add it on at the store but couldn't since I paid online (which had no tip option for carryout). Just unfortunate because I appreciate the workers, especially on a holiday and in a pandemic, and would have loved to leave a few bucks.

Service was terrible . I ordered a pizza & wings on 10/10 & they sent my order all wrong. Even tipped the driver $10. Had no sauce on my wings & immediately called up there & instead I of me making them resend my order out because the person I talked to said "they were getting slammed" I simply asked for a credit on my account. The worker insisted that he added it . I hung up & told him to enjoy his night. I call back today 10/14 & tried to redeem my ticket & said by the assistant manager that "he didn't see it & couldn't help me or push it through , had no access , basically said I must've been mistaken." When I am the customer & the customer should always be right ! Her was poorly trained , the staff too , waited on hold for damn near 30 minutes! I am a frequent customer too !...
