Worst fast food/coffee experience EVER. I travel for work and am a Dunkin addict. I go to stores in Mo,IL,IN,KY,TN, never have I had an interaction like today. It was admittedly busy. In the drive thru, bumper to bumper, I pull to the speaker, wait...wait...wait....the 5 cars ahead of me got their orders and still nothing from the speaker. There are NO cars in the drive thru lane waiting for food/drink now as they were all served, but 6 cars behind me waiting to order. I pull forward assuming the speaker is broken. The lady opens the window, after more waiting, and I say "I believe the speaker was broken, normally someone will say 'we'll be right with you for your order,' but that didn't occur." And her response "our order taker was busy, what do you want?" I was ready to relay our order, I start "large coffee crm/sugar..." She then rudely shuts the window before I could say anymore. Another employee audibly said "he's still ordering." She comes back to take the rest of the order, but states I have to pull forward and wait, to which I replied, "no, I've waited enough, make my order and I'll be on my way." She says "well I'm going to refuse your order." Honestly, I'll never be back here ever. Simple customer service isn't too much to ask. When you're rude to someone who thought the speaker was broken because THE EMPLOYEE doesn't follow standard drive thru protocol, well, you need to find another gig to pay your trailer park fees and get out of customer/food service. I'd highly recommend rehiring new staff to ownership, and would definitely let people know this place is...
Read moreWe travel all over the United States, and we prefer Dunkin’ over anything. This morning we skipped breakfast at the hotel because we were headed to good ole Dunkin’. Upon ordering, the rude employee behind the counter apparently does not like her job or people in general. So patiently waiting on our dozen donuts, 3 caramel coffee’s and 2 strawberry refreshers, we witnessed more attitude and eye rolling. Got out to the truck and to our surprise the coffee was burnt. Have you ever tasted burnt coffee before? Let’s just say, I would have rather eat the dirt out of the flower bed in front of the store than drink burnt coffee again. That was disappointing, but ok, accidents happen. We open the box of donuts that smell so good. We pass donuts out and I take my first bite, “seriously”. The card board box was fresher than our donuts. My little Frenchie that loves Dunkin’ Donuts didn’t even like them. So not only were we out $40.00, but now we have hungry kids and a hungry Frenchie. Now we get to go spend more money and feed these hangry children. So bottom line is the disappointment we felt at this location. I really hope this isn’t the norm for this location, because if it is, these customers do not know what they are missing out on. We do look forward to eating at more locations hoping...
Read moreI went through the drive thru at 5am Saturday. I was the only customer. I ordered 3 doughnuts, 10 munchkins, large iced coffee, 2 wakeup wraps and a large iced mocha latte. The girl asked me if I wanted flavoring in my mocha latte which I assumed she meant one of the girl scout cookie flavors since it is already mocha flavored. I answered no. When I left I reached in my bag for a doughnut only to find no doughnuts. I turned around went back the girl apologized and gave me the doughnuts. I left again and started to drink my mocha latte only to find it was not mocha. Turned around again and went back. When I told her what happened she said I asked you if you wanted flavoring and you said no. I explained to her I do not want any flavoring in my mocha latte. I would like it the way it is every Saturday morning when I order it. I found it to be very rude and unnecessary for her to say that. Why not just replace the wrong drink with the correct one? Especially after I just turned around and came back to get the items you forgot to give me. (not a good way to fill that tip cup you have outside the window) I went here every Saturday morning and got a $20.00 order and have for years. I say "went" because I will no longer be back. Looks like Krispy Kreme just gained a...
