It's Just Wings — Restaurant in Fairview Heights

My first time ordering from this restaurant (Fairview Heights, IL) my food was horrible. The bone in wings were undercooked and the boneless wings were hard and overcooked. The fries were old like they were cooked earlier in the day and the just gave us what they had. We had sauced wings and they put the chicken and fries in the same container and just poured sauce on everything. The fries were drowning in the sauce. They completely just threw our food together and sent it out. I did order through door dash but DoorDash did not cook or prepare our food. My family could not consume the food. Very disappointed in the service as well as the food. Placed an order online and it was ready 2 minutes early, great, but once we got there and checked in, it was a 15 minute wait, even after checking in twice. Just to have to go in and get the food that was just sitting there on the counter. No one even acknowledged our existence, nor did they greet us. Don’t get fooled, this is served by Chili’s, not it’s own restaurant. One of my wing orders was cooked fresh, but very undercooked and the other was sitting out so long that it was almost cold.
