I gave a star only for the reason to have this review posted. In retrospect, I'm giving no stars. Just to clarify, I stopped at 8:32 pm. Which after reading the reviews I see that this is a bad time to come here. I ordered 2 mcdoubles no pickle thinking I was saving the cook and prep the extra effort. I know the fella taking my order heard me cause mumbled back and the only words we could make out was no pickle. I had a feeling something was up from the expression on the ladies face tending the window. Got to a parking lot right before the highway and reached in the bag to pull out one sandwich harder than concrete so I didn't attempt to open it. The next felt soft so I pulled it out and low and behold as I undid the wrapper, the person who built the burger took the time to neatly place pickles in between the wrapper. I knew then I was a target of a disgruntled cook. I opened the sandwich removed the pickles knowing that you get no service or quality from any where anymore and inspected the sandwich. Seemed fine. Took one bite and liked to gag trying to get it out of my mouth. I'm not one to make a big deal about pickles or sauce anymore as it is the world we live in, but this is unexceptable. This was deliberate, and unjustified. What did I do to deserve this? Because I asked for no pickles. Where is your accountability Fast food? On top of it the sign says hiring starting at $25 an hour. Are you for real? Individuals are being paid more on the our than a tradesman and they can do this and not be reprimanded? I'm done. This place, this instance was enough for me never to buy from McDonald's again. I will no longer be a customer. I will not even bring my children to an establishment. Call it unfair to the other chains but enough is enough. If I get sick from this I will not stop voicing here. I will continue to express my right to free speech. Whoever manages the evening shift should feel ashamed that your crew...
Read moreLiterally the only McDonalds I’ve been to since they started doing the partial breakfast menu 24/7 That DOESN’T offer the limited breakfast menu options all day. Even on McDonalds website it says that “All locations will now serve a partial breakfast menu that will be available at all hours of Operation”. I guess This McDonalds just decided to do their own thing. I’m sure they still make decent profit. But that’s only because they’re In a very populated area. All fast food lines tend to wrap around the buildings & even continue into the street. So any place can make a profit there but even the McDonalds often has the shortest line yet they ALWAYS make u pull into a parking spot & wait for them to bring. U out your meal. Today after I was informed they don’t offer breakfast at 11:10 am. I just decided to order a Sweet Tea & a McChicken. Which is likely one of the most ordered items on the menu. One of the last good things still on the $1 menu. Yet STILL I pulled up to the window. Got my sweet tea & to nobodies surprise. They make me pull into a parking spot & wait roughly 5-7 minutes for my 1 McChicken. In that time period I had at least 1 employee come up & try to offer me somebody else’s order by mistake. Which happens often. If u ever want a free meal. Just pull up & sit in those parking spots. They’ll bring u out a bag of food in no time by mistake. If they had better management. This store could do MUCH BETTER. Unfortunately I don’t see that happening anytime soon. Maybe if they paid me $95k I would do it for them but nothing less because there is a LOT of work that...
Read moreI wish I could give my experience a zero. Attempted to place an order through Drive Thru, there was ONE car in line ahead of me. After I arrived, drive thru filled up, I was fine with that because there were two lanes open. I chose the wrong lane. Car in front of me struggled, I do not blame McDonald’s for that. They left, I hear the drive thru voice but am asked to wait. After watching six cars to my right pass me, me being the first car to arrive, I proceed to the window without ordering. Pull out my app and order while I’m waiting to pull up to the first window. At the window, I explain the potential issues with the microphone on the first drive through lane, I’m still understanding, but I would like to order. After calling for assistance and being unable to locate my mobile order, I’m asked to exit my vehicle and come inside the restaurant. Inside the restaurant I wait for 25 minutes while listening to absolutely vulgar language and arguing from the employees working behind, all while there is a small crowd of 6-7 people waiting for orders they already placed, or waiting to place their order. There was a single employee working the front and delivering ordered to other customers who had been waiting. Bright side, relief finally came and I was able to explain my situation to the new person and eventually get my food. The bad side is, I will never return to this location.
I arrived just before 7pm and am leaving after 8pm. I hope this reaches who...
