If I could leave zero stars, I would. Let me first start by saying that I have used this particular pharmacy for many, many years. I will say that the lack of service, courteousness, and respect for customers has declined TREMENDOUSLY. Last night I dropped a prescription off for my son. I was told that it wouldn't be ready until today. I was fine with that. But today, I never received notification that it was ready, so I checked the status through the app and realized that the order had been cancelled. I called the pharmacy to find out why and the first person I spoke with told me it was because there were no more refills on it. I told her that I had not ordered it as a refill but that I had delivered a paper rx off to them. She put me on hold to "check on it" but never came back to the phone. I hung up and called back. I spoke to someone else who put me on hold for only a few seconds. She came back to the phone only to tell me that it was cancelled because the Dr office put 2022 on it. Ok, understandable since it is the beginning of 2023. But, why didn't anyone notify me? I had been at home all day dealing with personal things and a simple phone call would have been great as I could have gotten a corrected one before the Dr office closed. I complained about the service and stated that I was done with them and was going to start using a different pharmacy. He response was simply, "Ok." She never apologized or gave any other response. I did ask that she pass it on my concerns and complaint to a manager. She told me she would tell the manager, but she didn't sound too convincing that she actually would so I asked if the manager was available. When I spoke with Kerry, the manager, she only said that the rx had been put into the "patient call drawer" but she couldn't tell me why no one called. I explained the hours of my son't Dr office and how my work hours don't coincide with those hours and to get it corrected would mean I would have to take time away from work. A simple phone call, when they realized the mistake, rather than throwing it in a drawer could have rectified everything. In a rude tone and total disregard to any inconvenience, she said there was nothing she could do. As a general manager myself, I understand there are sometimes things out of your control. Even if there is not much that can be done, at least offer a sincere apology and make sure that "call drawer" is done away with. Luckily I had not wasted gas and drove to that location.
I hardly leave reviews but this experience was a bit too sour for me not to leave a review.
Went to get my COVID booster. Waited at pharmacy line because THERE IS NO SIGNAGE about where to go to check in. The techs totally ignored me for a good 5 mins and I was getting worried because it was nearing my appt time. They were all right at their counters, and a few pasted by and no one came to even ask if I needed help until I just loudly asked where to go get my booster. Then all of a sudden the nearest girl was like "oh! The check in is down at the other window". Well it would be nice to have some signage because I know I'm not the only one who had done this. What if I was there to pick up medicine? Do they ignore customers picking up medicine too?
Get to the covid window, and yet again no one is manning it and the techs continue to walk by like there wasn't two people waiting. Finally the woman behind me screamed "We're waiting down here" and behold, a tech comes running to the window, no apologies. Just asked our names. I had the paperwork Walgreens wanted us to fill out before hand, but the tech didn't even look at it and instead asked the same questions that was on the forms. Like what is the point of pre-filling the forms? Whatever. At this point I just want my shot so I can get out of the place. She told me to go back to the area and wait. The covid shot guy was a bit too slow and seemed like he hated that he had to give the shots. I was the only one there as the lady behind me left for some reason, but he still took his sweet time still. I get it. I worked retail and customer service, and I hated the work sometimes too, but it was just ridiculous. When I scheduled my appt online, I put that I wanted the booster AND a flu shot, and he was like "oh. I didn't get the flu shot. Do you want it?" YES. OTHERWISE I WOULDN'T HAVE SELECTED IT. He managed to go get the flu shot and was nice during my shots, don't get me wrong, but the whole vibe of the pharmacy and their customer service was not it. And reading the other reviews, I'm not the only one who has a problem with this pharmacy. Please go get your shots...

My wife had her COVID booster scheduled at 12:30. Due to our own fault, we were a couple minutes late, but nothing compared to how long we waited.
There is poor signage that tells you where to check in for your COVID vaccine and we waited a few minutes in the wrong spot. This is a minor issue that we had. The other Walgreens we have gone to have had clear signage.
Once we get there, we waited about 20-30 minutes in line--OF NO FAULT TO THE WOMAN WORKING THE COUNTER. She was, truly, very pleasant, she was just being interrupted.
When we were done with that line, the pharmacist in the cubicle took one patient in and then, once they left, he sat in the cubicle for 30 minutes. He had no indication he was taking a break or doing anything in particular, but he was just hanging out. When he came out, he had a hole in his right hand glove over his pinky that I noticed. When he finished one patient and called for the other, the same hole was there. It wasn't until I said, loudly, that there was a hole in the glove that I saw him replace his gloves and no longer call people back with the bad gloves. He also left the doors wide open until I also had to say something about patient information.
When I brought this up to the store manager, Samantha, she--instead of listening--assumed that I was concerned he wasn't helping more behind the counter. That wasn't the case. She also told me she had no control over him because he doesn't work for Walgreens.
We left at 2:20 pm. We waited 1 hour and 50 minutes.
TL;DR: We waited nearly 2 hours for someone to be unclean and improperly taking patients. Just to be ignored by the store manager. Won't...
