Dropped off my daughters tablet after she shattered the screen . I was told one to two weeks to get an iPad screen repaired. I thought that was a little crazy but .... Ryan called me 4 days later and they had it repaired. Everything looks great and it operates. One of those stores you hope you don't ha e to visit but if you crack your screen these guys are great and take care of you

Avoid this place at all costs!!! They don't stand behind their parts or labor regardless of what the website says.

Read on for my long and detailed description of how this place does business ...

I was calling around looking to find a business that could replace the battery in my old iPhone 3GS and stumbled on this place on google so I called them up to see what they would charge and was told $45 and that the battery was in stock and could be put in while I waited.

Fast forward about a week and my wife needs to run to the mall so I sent the phone with her thinking it would be no big deal to have them replace the battery while she shopped at the mall.

1st problem, they charge her $50 instead of $45 and they make her sign some sort of waiver saying that they are not liable for anything and that there is no warranty of any kind on the parts or labor. If I would have been there instead of my wife I would have said hell no and walked back out the door but she didn't think anything of it and just paid and signed it and left.

Several hours later she comes back to the store to pickup the phone and they hadn't even started it yet so she waits around for them to replace the battery. They eventually give the phone back to her and it appears to be working (she doesn't really know what to look for to test the work done).

She brings the phone home to me and it's charged about 48% so I plug it in and it won't charge it's acting like it's already fully charged but showing 48% battery. I leave it plugged in for about 3 hours or so and when I pick it back up now it's about 30% charged and it reboots every few minutes. Obviously there is something wrong with this battery. We run back up to the store about an hour before they close and on the drive up there I noticed that the receipt says that they replaced the battery on an iPhone 3G. I immediately google iPhone 3G battery 3GS and see people saying that if you put a 3G battery in a 3GS it will not charge and it will randomly reboot.

When we arrive to the store they argue with me and say that the phone is charging fine and working fine and that the battery for an iPhone 3G and 3GS are the same (they are not). At this point the battery is at 22% and I make a point to tell them that they did not put the proper battery in this phone and they look on the computer and say that they can order the correct battery and it will take a week to get and install and I said that's fine and I left the phone with them and left.

A little over a week later I have my wife call to see if the phone is done and/or if the battery has arrived and the guy she speaks to says it's done and ready to be picked up. I swing by on my way home that night and when the guy brings the phone out he tries to turn it on 3 or 4 times and it's completely dead. I question him on it and his face gets red and he said it was damaged and couldn't be repaired. He told me they didn't even replace the battery this time and that there is nothing they can do. If i plug the phone into the wall it will turn on for a few minutes and then reboot again just like when I first picked it up. I'm pretty sure they just told me whatever I wanted to hear the first time I went back up there just to get me out of the store.

Now I'm out $50 for a repair that never was done properly and they won't refund my money or fix the freaking phone. Bottom line is that these guys have no idea what they are doing and I wouldn't trust them with my old dirty shoe must less my cell phone. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

PS The CPR corporate website says that all repairs have a 6 month parts and labor warranty and I've been trying to reach the customer service line for them but it appears to just be a voicemail system and they are not...

Poor service. Had iPhone 6 with cracked screen that was still completely functional. Brought it in for screen fix and guy told me it would be 45 minutes. Came back after an hour and he said that his screen replacement must be bad. Had to come back next day. When I show up he gives me phone with a white screen instead of black like original. I say what gives. He says that original button didn't work and he only had a white button - thus the white screen. So I start to test the phone and notice that the touch id is not working (which he did not mention to me). I said the button (specifically touch id) was working fine when I gave it to him. He says he will replace button back to original to show me it doesn't work. He does it and of course the original button doesn't work. So I'm in a catch 22 since I wasn't watching what he did behind the desk when he was working on it (I believe he broke the very delicate cable or chip for the sensor/button). The phone with the new screen and button work, but with no touch id. If you use an iPhone 6 you know how important touch id is. They knocked $30 off the price and gave me a tempered glass screen protector. To be honest, it wouldn't have mattered if they had done it for free. Next time I know to take the phone to the Apple store, as CPR is incompetent and I believe they broke a cable or chip when...

"horrible experience, nothing they say is true. finish time was told an hour maybe two. well that turned into overnight , then 2 nights, and got it back not fixed." This was drawn to my attention that all of this isnt complete. For one, this is a situation that a customer had brought into the store and was not mentioned, next the customers name is withheld. I was there and to make it worse i was working there at the time. I was called out on this by the owner upon reading this review. Since he deems to hold my owed hours to me in paycheck that I will not recieve unless i remove this. I will not. This owner also included that I would be getting mileage for trarveling all over that needed help. No organization here and worst of all very poor management. Unless u see it in writing you must be very careful when dealing with these guys. In addition, not sure how he is justifying this but upon hiring I gave my 2 forms of ID photcopied and W4 filled out. he said from that first week he wanted me to change my tax forms to a I9 as a independent contractor. What? None of this ever even dicussed. Thanks to the owner Rick Bouse for calling out my review as not being complete and again for telling me through ur lead tech at fairview heights stating I can not have my check unless i change or lie about my...
