UPDATE: After eating here every Friday for years we have had to many bad experiences lately. My wife and I made Angelo's our Friday night thing for years now. The food was great and the price was right. Recently, however, the quality has gone down more each time we ordered and the customer service we have received has been awful. Yesterday we ordered a pizza, wings and mozzarella sticks. It took nearly 2 hours to arrive and when it got here the wings were dry with no sauce and the mozzarella sticks were cold. And, as if that wasn't enough, when the delivery driver went to hand us the pizza it fell out of the box onto the sidewalk. When we called to complain we were met with such incredibly bad service. They didn't want to help us with anything. They thought we were lying about the wings and said they would send another pizza but they wanted the wings back. They didn't bring new wings or offer a credit for the cost, they just wanted to take them back. Lol! So, $80 later we got a pizza that I will say was awesome (from a delivery driver with a very bad attitude after getting a $20 tip for all of this) the second time around, but I had to do some work to fix the wings to our liking and heat up the mozzarella sticks. The manager was totally unhelpful and has just lost two excellent customers. Ever since the tall, bald guy left it went downhill fast! We will never order...
Read moreI recently had the pleasure of ordering from Angelo’s Pizza in Fairview, NJ, and I was thoroughly impressed with the entire experience. We ordered a classic cheese pizza, garlic Parmesan boneless chicken wings, a bowl of minestrone soup, and an order of garlic knots with marinara sauce — and everything was absolutely delicious.
The cheese pizza was perfectly cooked, with a crisp, golden crust and just the right amount of sauce and cheese. The garlic Parmesan boneless wings were packed with flavor, tender on the inside, and had a perfectly crispy exterior. The minestrone soup was hearty, fresh, and full of vegetables, making it a comforting addition to our meal. The garlic knots were soft and flavorful, served with a marinara sauce that had the perfect balance of tang and sweetness.
Placing the order was seamless and effortless. I ordered over the phone, and the staff member who took my order was pleasant, personable, and knowledgeable. They even made a couple of great suggestions, which added to our overall satisfaction. The order was ready on time, and everything was packaged neatly, ensuring that the food arrived fresh and hot.
No complaints whatsoever — just a fantastic experience from start to finish. I would definitely order from Angelo’s again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for Italian food with excellent service. If you’re in the Fairview area, this spot...
Read moreI never write reviews but this really put an insult to customers as a local pizzeria shop that “seemed” more family oriented than most. Maybe I don’t recall the last time I ordered, however today I intended to place an order (one of their specials) that included large pie, 12 boneless wings, 2L, and garlic knots. I also planned to add a cannoli.. point is, is that the special is $29.99 + cannoli $3.99, and by the time I was done with placing my order the total was $43.56 (can’t remember the exact cents) .. I asked why this much? They said tax, deliver fee, and debit/credit card charge - nearly $10 additional added! Taxes are inevitable but your delivery charge AND charging customers for purchasing YOUR food because they are using debit/credit is ridiculous! Put a minimum on the amount allowed then not charge someone purchasing $30+ in food for using a debit card. And if I didn’t ask why so much, it would never been told to me that there is a delivery fee, therefor tricks the customers on providing double delivery fee because most people will tip the driver! Disappointed now with their form of business and even felt my intelligence disrespected, I...
