I come here a lot. I’ve made compromises because I realize they aren’t fast so I don’t come before work anymore. The drinks and the service are hit or miss but I like that they have jazzy bagels so that’s what keeps me going back. I usually come for my lunch because mostly it’s enough time. I always check to make sure of how many cars are waiting as it takes no less than 10 minutes per car.

Today was the last I will be going back though. There was one car ahead of me which took 10 minutes. When it was my turn the lady says, oh by the way or card reader is down we are only doing cash. I said I really wish I would have known that before wasting half my lunch. She got an attitude and said she was busy or she would have went out there. I get that there is only one person working but I still think it’s not acceptable to be that slow and...

This is one of my favorite coffee places and I love supporting small business. But I often find myself very frustrated because they never stay open until the time they say they do. It’s posted that they are open until 2:30, but there’s been countless times I’ve came well before 2:30 and they are already closed for no apparent reason. There was even once where I drove up at about 2 o clock and there was a barista inside who told me she wasn’t able to make me a coffee because she was closed! Even though the window was still open! My husband got this drink for me twice with you cause it’s my favorite drink from Black Rock Coffee they make it Awesome!! And he couldn’t reach me by phone to ask me what other drink I wanted from you guys. You guys make a weak Matcha and I wasn’t very happy with the first one I had by you. And today he brought a 2nd one to me and again its flavor is once again weak in Matcha flavor. Nothing like Black Rock on Stark has it. Is matcha expensive for you guys?
