im not even the type of person to leave reviews but after my last visit i have to. i spent over 30 minutes waiting for a salad. just a salad. there were two orders before me and they were served 20+ minutes after i had walked in. there were four people working and they had multiple people tell them they were waiting for an order. they either didn’t acknowledge them or gave them an attitude. i can understand being back logged. i can understand being stressed. but when i asked for an update on my order, the girl yapped at me that they were busy. i asked again maybe 10 minutes later and they handed me an order that had been sitting there the entire time i was sitting in front. they never called out with a name for the order and it was a wrap. i had specifically said the word salad when i ordered bc i know they have salads and wraps with the same name and its easy to put in the wrong thing. it is one of many horrible experiences ive had at this specific location and everyone i know says the same thing about this place. i wish i could say the food is worth the wait and the service they give but frankly its not. i recommend ordering online and AT LEAST 20 minutes before you arrive. otherwise you’re getting cold, stale food and you’re not being serviced until you badger them...

I accidentally ordered a smoothie to this location instead of seekonk. When I called to explain the girl on the phone was rude and said “ummm we already made it 20 minutes ago, it’s ready to be picked up”. I explained I wouldn’t be picking it because of my mistake and that I purchased a new smoothie at the seekonk location. They told me a refund was not possible. I contacted corporate and soon the store manager contacted me and denied my refund stating there was nothing they could do because the smoothie was already made. I usually don’t care but I am a frequent customer of tropical smoothie and found it very greedy considering it was a human error and their staff often makes my smoothies wrong and remakes them no problem (throws the old one away) The SMALL BUSINESS up the street from my home has remade my coffee/other drinks with no issue more than once. Read moreI have been to the New Fall River location several times and left aggravated each time. Each time I waited at least 15 min past the time my order was supposed to be ready. I am a patient person and understand some places are short staffed. This has not been the case. Most recently I watched as a worker wipe peanut butter on a flatbread for a straight 2 minutes. While she and another worker were just talking and nearly ignored my presence. Finally she asked my name and a sandwich I watched her complete and was sitting on the prep area un bagged a few min prior. So my 15 min break was spent waiting in your store.
