Depot Diner — Restaurant in Fallon

Normally I would rate the Depot 4 stars for breakfast. On my last visit for dinner on 12 31 17, my husband to our kids out for snacks and hot coco after the new year fireworks. I was hungry and ordered a breakfast for dinner. I ordered scrambled eggs, hashbrowns biskits and gravy and pancakes. My dinner was for my 2 kids and me. My food came out cold. The eggs were runny, hashbrowns were greasy, the biskits were hard as well as the pancakes. My kids are the pancakes and only ended up eating the sausage patties. I told the server and her excuse was the cooks are busy concentrating on the prime ribs dinners which was the special. She didn't offer to replace, give a discount, or anything. The service that night was awful. My family are regulars. We go for breakfast 2 or 3 times a month on the weekends for breakfast. I rarely complain but if that was my first time there, it would be my last...... but I will say, we won't go anymore...

Worst customer service ever! Took forever to order then waitress takes my drink and never returned. So I asked a different waitress and finally got my drink back 10min later. Asked for ranch 2 different times never seen it or our waitress still. Food was cold and hard. Patty melt had no cheese and was as small as a kid size burger patty. We also sat there waiting at the register to pay and she the waitress keeps look ing at us and goes back to the kitchen 3 different times then finally comes to the register like we were a burdden and says what up? The other nice waitress told her why I was upset and says ya I don't blame her. Really not even I'm sorry! I told her I just want to go I we wouldn't ever be back. So bummed loved this place. My son did say his western burger was so super good! I'm glad...

This place is going down hill, they got rid of some of the old servers recently and have some new ones. They are very lazy. I went in tonight for dinner and needed something else after I ordered, I waited 20 minutes and nobody came around because they were all standing in the back talking. There was only three of us in there they were not busy. Finally one of the servers came to a table to take an order so I asked if she could get me my server. Someone finished eating and 30 minutes later the plate was still sitting on that table. The last three times I came in the tables were dirty and I had to ask if they could wipe them off. It's disgusting they act like they don't care at that place anymore. I doubt management even reads these reviews because they never even comment on...
