Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Fallon

The ONLY reason they get 1 star is because I have to! Came by last night, 3 kids in tow, on our way back to Fernley for dinner to take home. At around 4pm I entered the drive thru and ordered 3 pizzas, two wings, 2 sodas and a breadsticks. Being my order was a bit large and the waiting vehicle behind I was asked to pull over and park. No problem. After 30 minutes and at least 4 customers having come and gone I went back in only to find that they had no idea of my order. The young man asked the man I ordered from and he said "I told so and so to make it. If they didnt its not my fault" I was then told they would make it and have it right out. I returned to my vehicle and 3 hungry children. After ANOTHER 15 minutes and at least 3 more customers coming and going i again entered and asked about my order being told yet again it will be right out. After yet another 15 mi utes, I have now been sitting in the PL for an hpur, I again returned and was told yet again it will be right out. At this point I demanded a refund after being told,"we thought we put out the order. Somebody gave it to someone else" So for an hour they made me and my children sit in the Pl and even after I came in asking about my order twice they "thought they put it out". Never will I be back, never have I been diregarded and treated so poorly in my life. I could have stayed home and waited on a delivery for that! And I should note that after reviewing my reciept this morning while on the phone with the corporate office I discovered they didnt even refund the...

All i have to judge this place by is the attitude and such of my chauffeur. He enters establishment as i wait in truck. He exits location and visits with me for some time. There seems to be steady traffic. Finally my host heads back in. Back out....back in..... Pizza. So apparently feed people in the order they roll in? 2nd visit....same location same time of day. Not a single problem today. He did make me laugh. He was appalled that there was never one apology. There was never a discount or coupon for next visit. He said the staff never admitted wrong doing on their part. He hath not yet reached the deep inner understanding of remedy needed here. Totally moist chocolate cake would be great starting point. I forget we are in a location where chosing a different location isnt an option. Apolgizing to a customer should also not be an option. Anger management coaches...highly...

The young lady who took our order repeated it back to me twice. She was great...friendly and professional. I specifically asked for extra pepperoni and light sauce. I got 7 pieces of pepperoni, so much cheese that would make someone choke and then biting into the pizza....the sauce came gushing out. Yuck! We are regular customers of our local Little Caesar's in Sparks, NV and we always get a great product. This store in Fallon has got to be the absolute worst. Maybe the pizza preparer needs some training on how to read the order. Definitely would not recommend...
