My girlfriend and I go here often, there’s 2 girls that are always excellent and very nice. One though has consistently given us a bad experience. The first couple times we felt the frappes had very little difference between them, they would taste like the same drink. We decided to stop getting frappes from her, and to get Italian sodas instead, since theres really no way to mess those up. Just got back from there moments ago, the worst experience yet.
Last time we accidentally forgot to ask for it blended, the woman working (different woman) was very nice about it and didn’t even bring up the fact we forgot to mention it, simply gave us what we asked. So we made sure to ask for it properly this time, especially since it was the woman in complaint. She goes and makes them and starts to give us the drinks iced, instead of blended as asked. My girlfriend asks for them to be blended, and she responds saying we should’ve asked for that the first time. She gives us the adjusted total and goes and blends. We confirm between us that I specified blended, but don’t mention it anyways. She gives us the drinks and is very short with the thanks before closing the window pretty hard, in our opinion with an attitude. We are not confrontational, but were steamed at this point. Driving home at this point, my girlfriend pulls out her straw and sees something dark in it, clogging it. She massages it out and it’s a small coffee bean. Just large enough to get lodged in the straw. So either the bean was put in the straw (she put the straws in our drinks for us) or fell into the cup after blending. Either...
Read moreI never normally complain about local business just like any business makes mistakes. But I ordered 4 coffees, Java chips. Mind you I’ve never had any issues. I called when I got home, Barbara made my coffees. They were horrible and filled with coffee grounds. Realizing it happens I called when I got home and everyone tasted them. They were horrible. So I called Barbara and asked if I brought them back if she could remake them right. She told me I should have tasted them all at the window. She would have to charge me to remake them. So I asked why. She said if you don’t taste them at the window that is our policy. So if I was getting 6 coffees for people from work I’m supposed to personally taste them all and make sure they are not messed up? What if everyone doesn’t want me drinking off of there drink? I asked for the managers number and was told I had to come back in the morning. Thanks to their policies and Barbara’s attitude I will never come back. It makes me sad. I want to contest the charge but I will just chock it up and take the lick. I will never go here again and I recommend they change their ways. Customer service and quality is obviously not a priority. I just hope we don’t get sick from the tablespoons of bitter coffee grounds my niece swallowed. If I could leave a -5 stars I would. Update: We are all sick from taking a sip of our drinks. One of us have vomited up grounds. I had the idea to run them through a clean filter and they were filled with coffee grounds at the bottom. Update: the lovely ladies here know my face and my order. When I pull up, they ask me if I'd like my Bourbon Caramel Mocha, iced, with an extra shot like usual.
