I pulled up to the drive through to make an order, the woman on the speaker repeated the order back to me incorrectly so i corrected the order, she repeated the order again incorrectly so i figured the first time she didn't hear me so i spoke up again giving her the correct order. She blatantly told me i was yelling at her. I told her i was not yelling at her i just spoke up so she could hear me. or maybe she did hear me the first time and just ignored what i told her. I pulled forward and the woman was still accusing me of yelling at her which i then explained that i spoke up so she had tge order correct. I wasn't even angry at that point untik Mrs. Emma the store manager was very disrespectful at the window. She apparently dosen't know how to handle certain situations. Like hiw is she even a store manager this baffles me. She voided the transaction and told me she didn't know if i was going to receive my fund's or when i would receive them back. So I ordered a sandwich that was not excluded, but got told, after sitting in 92 Degree Weather in the drive-threw, that the owner has a personal rule for this subway that the only time they’ll take the coupons is for a build your own sandwich and that the owner has been doing it that way for years. I’ve never had a problem ordering the sandwich, I always order with a coupon until today. I don’t understand how you can be a participating location for coupons and then not actually participate in the coupon. Whack policy. 10 out of 10 would not recommend if you are planning on using a coupon. As they will only honor it if you do a build your own. Needless to say, we didn’t get the sandwich, they’ve lost a customer, whenever anyone mentions this location I will be sure to share my experience. I had to order online and the two employees working at the subway store in Fallon NV Elayne and Damon were so.polite and helpful and showing great customer service.I salute subway for employing such wonderful young people who have outstanding customer service and patience with an old lady terrible with phones.I will definitely be going to subway more because these 2 young adults showed Subway is A business in our town and they treat the customer like family.Thank you Subway.My tuna sandwich was absolutely delicious and fresh.I didn't know these two young adults until tonight and I appreciate them for showing patience and respect to me.
