We have been here a couple of times to eat inside. The 1 st time the service was subpar.
On this trip, we went for lunch my husband found a hair in his shrimp. We politely and discretely told the staff and they replaced the plate. Our original order was WITHOUT onions. The new plate was loaded with onions. No care of how it was supposed to be. I'm not looking for a free meal, but say I'm sorry and take $5 off. It's a $19 item, which btw, on the menu says $18. It's not even half off but at least shows that you care.
Just sad. The food is good if u don't get any hair. The atmosphere in one half is cute, the expansion side echoes so badly and they have the blender in that room when they make a drink you can't even hear...
Read moreThis food is awesome and it's in a very convent location. If you need to pick up a prescription Walgreens is close, if you need gas there is a gas station near by, if you need a car parts store there is one across the street. If you want Mexican food and the kids want pizza it's only a few doors down. When your done eating and feel like you need to work off your meal there is a Gym next doors. Also of course Tax time is around the corner and you could drop them off and go have a meal at Julios while they are being prepared. Very friendly place...
Read moreThe service here was nonexistent..server never came back to check on us..no refill on drinks....we had to ask for the check...the food was terrible..... stale chips, no flavor in their meat and the hard taco shells were also stale. I only ate some of the meat....it all looked that bad. This restaurant needs a major cleaning. All the chairs are dirty and the booths ( though unique ) need a good scrubbing!! When I walk it to the kitchen, ( could not find the bathroom) it was dirty and very disorganized. Happy I did not eat...
