first thing my friends and I noticed when we walk in was the chaos, there were employees yelling at eachother from across the restaurant; which at first seemed comical because of how unprofessional it was. As well as that, me and my party had a very unpleasant experience with what seemed to be the manager of the establishment, (tattoos on her face, clearly artificially died hair, lots of piercings, probably in her early to mid 30's) we had both ordered baja blast freezes, which we did not receive with our order, (which I understood that sometimes those machines can break down) so we asked the manager for a refund to which she started acting frantic and stormed into the back of the kitchen where she continued to yell at her employees (which are clearly just poorly managed, I felt extremely bad for them, she needs to give them better direction without the agression) when she finally returned, after noticing the stir we caused we suggested that she just replace them with regular soda cups. (1-3) dollars cheaper. we accepted the cups without a refund, then when we went to go sit down and eat our food, I noticed they had messed up the food items as well; at this point, my friends and I are frightened to even ask for a replacement, hesitantly I decided to come up and request a remake of one of the items. As I walked up to the front counter, the manager rolled her eyes at me, yelled out "oh my god, theres always something to do" (clearly she is very inconvenienced to even do her job). She continued to shout nonsense as she went to hide in the back once again, and ordered one of the poor employees to "deal with the refund-or whatever she wants". I was approached by a very kind and patient employee, who quickly suggested a remake, after which she appeared from nowhere behind him to "correct" me and say it was what I ordered, to which I reassured her, it was not right and offered to get my receipt to show. which she declined, and went to the back once more. After this, the kind employee who originally talked with me about the remake quickly brought out my remake; I would suggest HQ take a closer look at what kind of people they are allowing to manage hard...
Read more🌮 Oh boy, where do I even begin with Fallon Taco Bell? This place must be auditioning for the 'Worst Taco Bell of the Century' award. And guess what? They're nailing it!
😒 The customer service here is so bad, it makes you question if you're in a fast-food restaurant or at a secret government facility. They've mastered the art of consistently getting your order wrong or magically making items disappear from your bag. It's like a real-life magic show, but instead of rabbits, they make your chalupa vanish!
🥤 And let's talk about Baja Blast, shall we? I swear, they must have a secret underground vault where they're hoarding all the Baja Blast because it's always 'out of stock.' Do they secretly run a Baja Blast black market from the back? I wouldn't be surprised.
🧀 Now, onto the 'grilled' cheese burrito. Newsflash: if it's called 'grilled,' the cheese should be melted. I mean, even the Taco Bells in Reno can manage to melt cheese properly! Is there a cheese-melting course they missed in their employee training?
🤔 I'm starting to wonder if the management here is like a real-life episode of 'The Office,' and they're all vying for the title of 'World's Worst Boss.' That's the only explanation for the zero consistency they offer. Maybe they should swap their cheesy burritos for some management training burritos.
🕵️♂️ Honestly, someone needs to audit this place ASAP, and I'm not talking about a casual inspection. We're talking quarterly inspections, quality control boot camps, and maybe even some Taco Bell therapy sessions for good measure. This place is as sloppy as a burrito without a wrapper.
In conclusion, Fallon Taco Bell, you've truly earned your place in the Taco Hall of Shame....
Read moreOkay, so I get we are concerned about Americas weight issues, but I don't go to Taco Bell because I want to eat healthy. I got a cantina chicken bowl. It was the size of a side salad at an actual sit in restaurant. It was approximately $8.30. I ordered a LARGE freeze that was approximately $4 and it came in a small soda cup. I'm sorry, WHAT?? Larger picture, I did end up ordering twice from there, totaling approximately $85 for 5 people and the portion sizes were small as hell and the food from the first order was cold asf!!! There is only 1 saving grace here, the only reason I gave a score of 2 overall and a 3 on service. I went back to replace the stale nacho fries that they said they would make fresh and also ordered a smaller 2nd order in the process to give it a second chance. They did in fact make both the nacho fries and 2nd order fresh. As happy as I am that they did that, I may order from there for my family in the future if they really want me to, but not for myself. That was the first time in a long time, the last time ever for me. I respect the effort on the back end, but that should have been the effort from the start. Small, cold, expensive.... If I wanted to be robbed, I would go to a 5 Star restaurant that gives you a single spoon full of food for a helping with something mildly disgusting drizzled on top for $100 a plate. When I go to Taco Bell I expect it to be hot, edible and reasonably priced. Probably too much to expect with today's...
