Always messing up orders... however today's experience is by far the worst. I pre ordered on the app to pick up through drive thru. Once arrived I asked for the munchkin to be jelly... I was told the boxes are "pre-made" I mentioned I worked for Dunkin that I know not all munchkins are packed ... especially the jelly ones! The assistant manager Brianna responded back with " I'm not going to rip open every box to fulfill your order!" She then handed us our sandwiches and preboxed munchkins with 1 jelly munchkin, the rest chocolate and glazed then told us we were all set. We drove off and realized our drinks weren't handed to us. So we drove back around to go inside this time to get our drinks. I walk in and state that our drinks were not handed to us in drive thru ... the assistant manager tells across the floor "no she drove off without it!" Another worker walks over the drinks... the coolata was made correctly however my refresher was not the flavor I had ordered. I mentioned the refresher was suppose to be strawberry dragonfruit the assistant manager grabs the drink out the workers hands and throws it. The cashier in the front seen how the assistant manager was acting towards me so she took it upon herself to fix my drink. To whoever the cashier was thank you for your kind service! Sad that the cashier handled the situation better than the manager! Read moreTo start, the majority of the staff at this location are fantastic. BUT, Benjamin, the new store manager, is unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable during my last visit. I had purchased a latte that was really hot and asked for more milk to cool it down. During this brief interaction, he verbally put down the staff in front of them (as well as the previous manager). He told me this was his second day and he had been brought in to “shape things up.” He was extremely confrontational and escalated the conversation quickly for absolutely no reason?!$@& If there hadn’t been a large counter between us, I would’ve felt scared. It was very (very) weird and now I don’t want to go back. I will definitely go to Starbucks from now on. Read moreI am giving this place a 3 stars because I understand the stress of the dunkin workers and how lack of staffing is making things hard. BUT I will not tolerate attitude through the drive through when I ask for something they didn't have I got " we don't got any" and then proceeded to Try to order something else and got "we don't got any, I already told you." with an attitude. Now I work in customer service and I understand the frustartions that comes with it. Now I do admit I was confused as "we don't got any" was only on the one thing I asked for. So hence my frustration when i asked for something else that was related to what I wanted.
