Burger King — Restaurant in Falmouth

First things first Ordered a number 2 which is a double whopper with lettuce Tomatoes and mayonnaise from the drive-through new asked me what size I wanted automatically gave me a small also She charged me for two orders I told her I only wanted one when I told her that she gave me lip about it then once I finally got through the drive-through and got my order I checked it out I only ordered lettuce tomato and mayonnaise there was ketchup all over it So instead of going through the drive-through I went inside and asked the manager for a new sandwich he brought the sandwhich in the back and came back out with another so I checked it out right then it was a single whopper with no cheese told the manager again that it’s supossed to be a double and have cheese she never said he was sorry or nothing gave me another burger again I checked it right then there was no cheese on it so I gave it back to them he brought it in the back and I heard the “cook” say he better not bring this one back or I’ll after that I didn’t catch the rest of what he said after all that not once was I apologized to never All around worst bk I’ve ever been to the only person working in the whole place was the drive thru kid horrible customer service burger wasn’t good at all fries cold...

Better option than McDonald's. I visited this BK on a Daddy Daughter Date with my 11 year old daughter. The restaurant was clean (they recently had cleaned and closed off half the restaurant). The restroom (men's) was clean. Our food came up quickly. However, the mozzarella sticks had obviously sat under a heat lamp for a LONG time--they were a brown plastic/rubber-like substance inside. The staff eagerly took them back when we showed them the food and made up fresh ones. When I complained about the drink options being half gone, the staff eagerly asked if they could fill our drinks from the machine behind the counter--although they were content to let me spend 5 minutes flipping through the machine on the floor, finding nothing. Our food was hot and good. I can't say that I'd recommend a friend go here to eat, but if they were to go, I would join them. Great place if you're on a small budget. Terrifically long wait in the drive through, completely incompetent staff in regard to following simple order instructions, and a prime location in the worst ghetto of the slums of a decrepit Falmouth. This is, by far and away, the worst dining experience I’ve ever had the unfortunate displeasure of experiencing, and I say that having been to Brockton MA, and they aren’t particularly known for their culinary expertise. I’d rather take my own life and that of a small family with me than ever TRY to eat here again. We ordered a SINGLE CHICKEN SANDWICH with no mayonnaise, and the one geriatric employee with more pounds on her waist than cells in her brain couldn’t even manage to spit out so simple of a request without somehow miraculously messing everything up. So, one explosive episode of mayo later, we find ourselves wondering what wicked thing we must’ve done for the gods to burden us...
