I had ordered online and picked up in store. I noticed my order was wrong, I politely went up to the counter and let them know what was wrong and if it could be fixed. The employee then proceeded to tell me why she made decisions that she made on my sandwich. Would not remake it or fix it, I was given the option to take it and leave or buy another sub. I then did subway contact to share my experience. I got an answer within a few hours and they said they addressed the rudeness but then stated I would need to have brought my sub back for a refund or free Sub. I responded to said email and said that would have been great if those were the options I was presented with but unfortunately I was not and at this point I would love to just get a refund. Considering I wasted my lunch break, wasn’t able to eat my sub as some changes that were made are against my medical diet, and had to go through all this over a sub. I see why subway sales are way down and even when they surpass the amount of locations than McDonald’s they still run lower numbers and more angry customers.
