Supreme Pizza — Restaurant in Falmouth

Quality control has a huge issue. After ordering twice this week and experiencing the same issues it's clear there is a problem. Independent from these orders there have been a few other times we have experienced crushed pizza upon delivery. This past week we ordered food for the contractors working in our home. Both days we ordered the pizzas came and had toppings melted and crushed to the top of the boxes. Completely frustrating. The first time after seeing this I decided not to tip the delivery driver and accepted the order. The delivery driver then insisted on a tip making the situation so uncomfortable . This was unusual for that to happen normally the drivers are wonderful. To diffuse the situation I tipped him and asked him to leave. The second time this happened it was equally as frustrating. However, this time upon recognizing the pizza was again smashed the delivery driver was very quick to offer to get a new pizza. He was pleasant and quick to return with a lovely pizza. Unfortunately although the restaurant is always clean and with the exception of that one delivery driver the service is outstanding the food is struggling. I wish they would take more care. Until then I will be getting pizza and sandwiches from another...

There's not many GREAT sub shops on Cape Cod...Maybe, one per every other town. Falmouth is VERY lucky to have Supreme Pizza & Subs in their town !!! I have tried almost half their menu & haven't found anything that I don't love . Their prices are PERFECT.. And so is their Roast Beef !!! There must be something with the name "Supreme" bcuz I can name 5 Supreme Pizza shops across New England that are worthy of the name Supreme..and THIS is definitely one of them 👍 Great staff..consistent food..good parking.. good location.. Handicapped accessible..clean facilities. This place...

I am a regular here because of great food and great customer service. Today I ordered my usual steak and cheese calzone and when I got home realized it was a chicken and broccoli calzone. They called me right away and offered to deliver the right order which I said was not necessary as we all make mistakes. I will continue to send friend's there and continue to go regularly myself. The only problem is now do I get the steak and cheese or the chicken and broccoli....
