The manager Blair is horrible! Arguing with me over when we ordered our food. I have the order confirmation email as well as the screenshot that states it will take 60-70 minutes to deliver. This manager should not be dealing with customers. Time for a new career. Won't order from the Fargo location again. I would like to talk to someone from corporate or the location owner. Very sad. Wish we could just cancel our order and get a refund. Keep your food! UPADATE. We finally received our food over an hour late. The delivery driver apologized and was very nice. The food was great. Only issue we had is the lack of professionalism from that manager. He should never treat customers like he did. I would also love to hear from Corporate or the owner of this location. It's ironic as the receipt itself shows the time the ticket was created with the delivery time.
on 9/9/25 we decided to try to the Fargo location once again after receiving a 50% off coupon because we have not ordered with them since the above issue. We ordered Cheese Bread sticks, Large Philly Cheese Steak Pizza and Mac and Cheese. The order tracking on the website did not update which is not a big deal, the delivery was fast. The Cheese Sticks were not eatable due to be extremely overcooked and dry. When you bit into it literally cracked and broke in half. The pizza was way over cooked also. The outside was very dry leaving about 6 squares in the middle that were not dry. They never delivered my mac and cheese. The driver stated that he would bring it back and then stated that he would call. Neither happened. I did get an email now stating that they would refund the mac and cheese. Read moreI have eaten at Boss's several times, as I live pretty close by (like 9 city blocks) and have never had an issue like this or been treated so poorly. I ordered 2 medium pizzas and a fried ravioli app for my family at 10:02pm for delivery. This came to $60. I got a notification right after that said delivery was set for 10:44pm. Fair, right? Yes. 10:44pm comes and goes. So does 11pm. I call the store 3 times and nobody answers. Now my kid is starving and upset. As am I. 11:30pm passes and we are now, at 11:45pm, eating our NEW meal from a DIFFERENT place, who took our order and delivered their pizza to us in less than an hour, when I've now kept my kid up past midnight, just to get a slice of pizza we should have been eating an hour ago. At this point, they forgot about my order and I'm going to get a $60 refund. Fair, right? Yes. I call and wow- get an actual answer. The young kid on the phone told me they were in route ?? Why at this point, I'm not sure, as it's been over 2 hours and we are going to bed. I explained that we have already eaten and I am wanting a refund to which I was told "that's not going to happen". Fair? You have got to be joking. I told them to have a manager get back to me and was told the same thing. "No." The pizza and raviolis were delivered a little before 1230AM. My kid is sleeping and to make matters even worse somehow, everything was cold, rubbery and inedible and I'm out 2.5 hours and $60. Read moreI ordered from this place for the first time about a few days ago. My order was SUPPOSED to be BONE IN Wings with Spicy Gold Sauce and Gizzards. I GOT undercooked gizzards that was still red on the inside, and Boneless wings. The sauce was disgusting(maybe not for those who like mustard, I for one don’t like mustard). I didn’t want to go back because I really like wings. I called back up there after leaving and had to repeat myself 3 times to ONLY get a credit from a rude “regional manager” who said they don’t do refunds. YET there are no signs anywhere, that I saw, where it says this. She gave a credit under my name, told me I can order anything else on the menu and then just hung up. Bad Experience!
Decided today to try their pasta, since it was credit I didn’t want to waste. I got the Spaghetti, Alfredo Sauce, with Spicy Shrimp, Spicy Chicken, and Spicy Sausage, and Two Garlic Breads and extra cheese. 1.) Garlic Bread was burnt on one side, the pasta is still a bit hard, and this food taste like SOAP!!
Like instead of issuing someone a “credit” you should just give them their money back, most people don’t want to go back to a place where they keep having bad experiences.
Anyone can make Pizza, but when it comes to the other food, hire professionals and stop hiring anyone off the street and the other food won’t be so darn nasty!!
