Amazing!!! Must try. Hands down the best ramen ever! I got the Kao Sol, it’s like a curry ramen. Full of flavor, the noodles were perfectly cooked. Right as we walked in we were greeted and informed on how to order from the menu. I don’t see anything simple for my kids so I asked and Rob, he was super helpful! He was kind and patient. Perfect person to navigate us through ordering. All delicious. The last ramen we had was from SD where the owner is famous, this place out down that locations without a question!!!! bursting flavors not loaded with fat. I could go on and on. I’ll be back!! I wanna try it all!! Even the fried chicken in my ramen was perfect! Not overly breaded! They killed is every aspect food, staff, atmosphere. Can’t wait to be back. If we lived here we’d be regulars. Your lucky Fargo!!

A friend and I were visiting Fargo for a day and wanted something warm and good to eat since it was freezing outside. Found Slurp Ramen right by the Fargo sign and decided to eat here and I’m so glad we did. The food was amazing!! I was so surprised. Their menu was really easy to understand and the staff were super nice. I had the Shoyu Ramen— it was yummy: Creamy and packed with flavour!! My friend had the Pho which was super refreshing, light yet flavourful just like good Pho should be. The appetizers were so good we debated ordering more. Unfortunately we were to full to try the cheesecake but it looked amazing. The overall vibe and ambiance was super young and bright too. Next time you find yourself in Fargo Downtown you have to try Slurp Ramen !!

Slurp Ramen is sooo good! We recently stopped in for dinner and enjoyed a great meal. You order at the counter and they give you a number that you take to a table. We sat at the bar near the window and watched people walk by and browsed through some of the local magazines they had on hand. The atmosphere was super laid back and the staff was friendly. We only had to wait about 15 minutes for our food to arrive. We both got tonkotsu ramen with pork. It was super flavorful, hot and also a good sized portion. The upstairs balcony was closed when we showed up but it looked like a fun place to go for a meal or a drink. There's a nice view up there, too. We would definitely like to try other things on the menu but would also get the ramen again.

Preface: Not a local. I've mostly eaten ramen in Tokyo and the Bay Area. I tried spicy miso, tonkotsu, and shoyu.

5 stars not for excellent ramen but to support the continued existence of a decent (currently, but potentially really great one day!) ramen joint in Fargo.

The portions are large and price point is fair. The decor is fun as well.

The 3 broths I tried all lean toward sweet. Since there aren't traditionally sweet ingredients in dashi I'm not sure what they've added but I was left with a saccharine aftertaste by the end.

The tonkotsu broth could be better. Ideally the broth is a deep umami bomb, made creamy and pale from stewing various cuts of pork (some ramen chefs will add chicken, or dried fish ie sardine, anchovy, mackerel). The tonkotsu broth here was pretty thin and lacking a creamy, rich texture. It was definitely pork and had some depth but the overbearing sweetness really robbed its potential.

The eggs are fine, they could be marinated for 2 days to develop a really appealing translucent, dark...

I have been picking up dinner here weekly (sometimes twice a week) for over a year. I had quickly become a sort of "regular" being greeted by name every time I stopped in. The service here throughout this time has always been 5 stars.

I had noticed recently that the consistency of my order has declined. I have ordered the same thing throughout this time, and it had always been consistent in taste and quantity. The last few orders have been disappointing - either lacking in quantity (half a typical order), missing ingredients, tasting completely off, or ingredients not being cooked properly.

I'm not sure if this is related to a change in staff, a change in food supplier, or due to the additional delivery orders they've now started taking. It's not worth risking the $30-$40 anymore given how inconsistent it has been, I just don't know if it's going to be really good or really...

Slurp Ramen is a trendy young 20something must stop! Navy blue walls with minimalist design is presented for the decor. The ordering style of the restaurant is half way between a sit-down and fast food. You order and pay for your food, then you get a ticket for where someone delivers the food for you.the service was also good. On the speedier side (Kind of similar to Noodles and Company)

the steak pho I ordered there was incredible. Flavorful with complex profound under flavors.( I personally liked it better than the pho at Jade dragon or Viet palace, two other well known places to get pho in Fargo)

The main seats are these gigantic wooden booth seats that are covered in past people's doodles/writing. It was fun to look at what people made.

The food is kind of on the pricier side, but...
