Well I have looked at some of the comments and would like to say a few things. 1 that sandwich where he asked for double Olives and Banana Peppers, It actually did have double. Subway standard is 6 Olives and 6 Banana peppers per Footlong. 2 Refusing customers who ask us to provide services that we don't offer could be the Customers Problem. 3 we are humans and have the potential to make mistakes. 4 sometimes on busy days places run out of a certain product and have to use their best judgement to fullfill your order as they either cant or don't have the time or people to spare to make a phone call. 5 NO ONE IS YOUR SLAVE TREAT PEOPLE WITH RESPECT AND SAY THANK YOU WHEN YOU HAVE BEEN SERVED! DON'T BARK DEMANDS AS YOU ARE THE GUEST. Go to your friends place and kick in the door and say im here im taking this and see if they like you much longer. 6 LISTEN TO THE PERSON TAKING YOUR ORDER. THEY LISTEN TO YOU SO YOU LISTEN TO THEM. 7 if you see people or cars infront of you realize that you have to wait. Don't demand service as soon as you pull up. If you LISTEN you will be put on hold or asked for your order almost immedialtly. Wait to Be Greated and asked to order. Kinda like knocking on a door and Waiting for them to open and invite you in. not just kicking in the door. Drive thru at places notify the workers as long as you can pilot your fossil fuel guzzaling, earth polluting, enviroment killing automobile that is contributing to your unhealthy life style as well as putting everyone in a polluted place, then they know your there. Read moreI went in to get subs for my whole family tonight just now. They guy with NO NAME TAG said I had an attitude cause he was rushing me with all my food. Then I said I'm sorry but u seem to have an attitude then he proceeded to say that he can refuse service to me. All because I was asking for special things on my sub.. So I left in the middle of making my food cause he said he would refuse service to me. I'm sorry but there is a million places to eat. If you want to refuse service cause someone has SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS to there sub there is a huge problem. I worked for Subway for a long time.... It doesn't give you the option to have onions on half and there's nothing like going to the subway and seeing your sandwich built. Instead I had to bang on the drive-thru window to make sure they didn't put any onions on half due to an allergy
