I frequent this particular Fuzzy's Taco because it is in close proximity to where I live. That being said, I typically call in my order and pick it up (without incident). However, yesterday was my last day ever coming to your establishment!!! I was treated horribly & will likely address this with management.
I placed a call to Fuzzy's at 5:46 p.m. and was asked by the employee if I could hold & to which I responded "sure". After 6 minutes of holding & no one returning to the line, I disconnected the call. I immediately called back....no answer. I called several times thereafter (in the span of about 10 mnutes) using both my mobile & business phone and to no avail! THIS IS SUPPOSED TO BE A RESTAURANT OPEN FOR BUSINESS??? Unacceptable!
Thinking perhaps the lines may have been down or that they were short staffed (and possibly busy), I opted to drive there and just place an order in person. Terrible idea. I walk in and there is only 2 people dining in and a group of three who walked in at the same time as I. There was a guy who took their order and the proceeded to talk to a co-worker while I jusf stood there.. NO ONE even acknowledged me
Subsequently another worker came to the front, looked at me and peered over to them as to see what they were discussing and returned to the back. She didn't acknowledge me either.. After standing there waiting patiently & no end to the humiliation in sight, I left and no one murmered a word.
I can only conclude I am either invisible or they didn't want to help the "black lady. This behavior is deplorable and disgusting. Not to worry though, you won't get another dime from me or anyone that I know. This I...

We had a party of 4 arrive and order, within minutes my 3 colleagues had their meals. I waited almost 10 minutes watching numerous other orders go out before I went to ask about my order. I was told with no apology that my order just took longer and that I would have to wait. Then I stood and watched my order get prepared in less than a minute. I don't understand why I was given an excuse, if I was just going to be lied to in such an obvious fashion. Why not just tell me that my order was forgotten or passed over like it obviously was? By the time I was able to return to my table with my meal, over 15 minutes had gone by and my colleagues were finished with their meals.
I don't what the real issue was in your kitchen, but orders that are placed together should come out together. That's restaurant 101. People who come into your establishment to share a meal should be able to share a meal and not have to eat in shifts.
If you screw up, you own it and apologize. You don't make excuses or make your customer feel like it's their fault for ordering a standard item on your menu. That's customer service 101.
Old review - Great lunch spot. Plus I love that you can get breakfast...
