5 Stars for their $5 Pizza special for on friday, saturday and sunday pizza.
1* for atmosphere and their website.
Website says it's closed on sunday.. but I'll guarantee if I go over there. It's open! And at least it was last sunday.

I hadn't been there in a while. And had a hankering for their special sandwich.
But they had a $5 dollar half price pizza special?
I normally wouldn't do it, but took a chance and it was delicious!!
5 * pizza and service
Very cordial, considerate and allowed me to substitute black olives for the bacon.
(Note to myself and others) I normally don't order bacon because it's like hard crumbles of bacon bits!
Got one the other day and forgot to say to Hold the bacon and it was large pieces, tender, very tasty bacon. I'll never say hold the bacon again.
Most restaurants now charge for substitution.
And not into customer service and customer satisfaction.. and I think they just dont want to be in convenienced ( or havd to stop texting on their cell phones ) to do something for a customer.
Very good and accommodating service and just a great pizza.
I don't know the guy's name and I think he's a manager, he's been there for quite a while.
The last few times i've been there hadn't been more than one or two tables other than me.
Very slow there and he doesn't stand around or sit texting on his phone.
He's courteous cordial and customer service oriented.. or was cleaning tables that appeared to be clean.
So, I told a very picky friend about the pizza, and we went back another day.. and he actually said it was the best $5 pizza He had ever had in his life!
I said $5 pizza!
WELL, he said, it's not as good as The Egyptian, but it nudges them a little bit. LOL
You would think for $5 it's not very big, but they load it up with cheese and the options.. and we could only eat a little over half, of each of ours and take the rest home!
So it's actually two meals for the price of one.

A. I don't think it's the same ownership.
The owner I knew would never let the place be without air conditioning.
They have 2 small Auxiliary air conditioners in the whole restaurant! And it's not even hot outside yet . I can't imagine what it'll be like in a few weeks in there.
I sat at the windows and had to move over by the air conditioners . . And there was a difference, but it wasn't very comfortable.
B. I'M BORN AND RAISED IN DALLAS, AND I'VE GOT BOOTS, BUT I'M TELLING YOU.. somebody there must like central restaurant music and you can get enough of trying to enjoy a meal.. and not be forced fed to thinking about getting your dog back, your house back, your truck back and your ring back, your ex wife and mother in law BACK!!!!!...
Sorry but it's not, in my opinion, the best music for background to enjoy a meal.
Unless they want to put sawdust on the floor.
And that kid would be sweeping it up. LOL.
Last time I was there, I ordered 2 for each of my neighbors.. and I'll do it again today because I know they're open.

Read moreWe ordered online in the app and took about 15 minutes to arrive. Once we got there we let them know we had an order. They asked for our name and let them know. They looked and couldn't find the order.
We showed them in the app the confirmation number, the order, the location it showed that matched where we were. All we were continually told was that they didn't have it in their system. I asked what we could do or could be done. The only answer was that they didn't have it in their system.
My wife was upset at the total lack of helpfulness complained that they weren't being helpful and left. The worker said that there was no reason for my wife to treat them that way even though my wife didn't say anything specifically about the employee apart from them not wanting to do anything to help. The employee then said that they couldn't do anything and that they were just an employee.
When my wife went back in to ask for her name and store number the same person said that they were the manager of the store. Coming from a family where several were managers of anywhere from fast food to entire oil refineries, these are not the actions of a manager.
We did everything to show in good faith that what we ordered was what we were asking for with proof of purchase and location in the app. This was verified by the person who later claimed to be the manager of the store.
I'm guessing that any orders that have no problem go off fine but I hope no one else ever has any issues with an order at this location.
As usual I will also leave comments in general.
The restaurant was kept up fairly well. No obvious damage or problems in the store itself. Parking was easy but not sure if this is because they don't do a lot of business or if it is this way usually. It was a Saturday evening but I saw a whole 3 people visiting while there. The employees were incompetent at best and don't really care about the customer. I might not be quite so harsh if I hadn't seen such good customer service on that same day at several other places we had visited. Not friendly, not attentive, slow, disrespectful, and seemed like they only wanted us to go away.. I did not visit the restroom so I can't say how it was. The food........ Well if you don't know by now I never got to taste any since they didn't want to give us the food we paid for.

Read moreWhen I walked in the store, both employees were sitting in the dining area on their phones. Neither one greeted me. The male employee walked behind the counter and just looked at me. I ordered my food, he told me the total, then handed me the chips and cups. After he took my order, he walked to the back to talk with the female employee who was making the food. There was only one medium-sized lid left and I had two medium cups. Another customer came in and the male employee came to take the customer’s order. After the employee was done, I asked him if there were more medium lids. He looked around and said no. No offer to give me a bigger cup or anything, so I asked for another cup so my drink wouldn’t spill out. I didn’t want more of the beverage; just the ability to put a lid on. When my food was ready, the male employee brought it to the counter, looked at me, and just set it on the counter. Still no conversation, no thank you for coming, nothing. The food was decent. That’s the only reason I’m giving three stars. I wouldn’t return to this location based on the terrible service. Paying $30 for two meals at a place where the employees can’t even greet you...
