Arby's — Restaurant in Farmington Hills

Disgusting. The worst experience i have ever had at an arby's. I went through the driver threw DT347 at 12:13 pm today and ordered 29.00 of food and was completely disgusted i threw most of it away. The fries cold the turkey brown sugar bacon sandwich was disgusting the bacon was bacon pieces not strips at all. The popers i through away because they was not fresh. What happen to arby's when everything was made fresh to order. Especially the deep fried things. Just feels like i'm going to mcdonalds on roadhouse prices. Cant leave a complain because the store number 06204 wont work in the feedback website that is on the bottom of the damn receipt. The HiC drink had no flavor like it needed syrup switched so i ate a couple bits of my sandwich and threw the rest away wasting my Lunch time and money. WAY TO GO!!!! Customer...

I took my children here for dinner, I will never be back to this Arby’s. The restaurant smelled very strong of weed. I don’t care if people smoke weed or not none of my business, but don’t be vaping in front of my children. The employees were visibly high. Could not get an order right. The roast beef in the sandwich was cold, hard and crispy. The fries were old, cold, and rubbery. they forgot to put cheddar cheese sauce on the beef and cheddar when I let them know, there was no cheddar sauce on it. She slid me some cheese sauce in a little cup right off the counter onto the floor. I used to bring my family here all the time. Cold food. Bad service. Sucky employees. I ordered a sandwich. What I assume was the manager was dull with a blank stare on her face couldnt crack a smile. The girl making my sandwich kept saying I've never made this before I don't know what I'm doing. And as she's making the sandwich she says "this looks disgusting" while the (manager) is standing there watching her make the food and not saying anything.

I don't know about you but I don't want my food to look disgusting. Then I get the sandwich, Excited to eat it and literally every part of the sandwich is freezing cold as if it came directly from the refrigerator I had to emediatly go back to work and heat it in the microwave.
