Starbucks — Restaurant in Farmington Hills

This Starbucks location hours are not consistent with their posted hours. I assume the staff decides when they want to leave and the regional office has no clue. I placed my order for a mobile pick up. I arrived and the whole store was dark. I went to the speaker and was told they were closed. I demanded my money back since the mobile order went through. I pulled around to the window and a few employees were standing at the window in the dark. Really? I was refunded. Corporate please pay attention to this store. It's new and it seems like they close way earlier than they are supposed to. Does anyone realized this is a coffee shop and should be open during their posted hours. Get it together!

UPDATED: one of the worst designed Starbucks. Drive thru lines are long and the wait is long. Parking - horrible! At least three times a week, there is an issue. Mobile ordering is cut-off, drive thru closed .... So unacceptable. This Starbucks is now closed for the second time this week. Staff locked the doors, put up a closed sign and walked out. The staff is overwhelmed and not properly trained. Where is the regional manager????? The sign up is on a Saturday!

Closed again at 4:30 pm on a Friday?! Labor Day weekend? "Something went wrong.". I'd say.....

It’s a shame that you opened up this lovely corner location and very visible from the road. However, entering and leaving from a corner near a roundabout is not great due to the location and then you you lack staffing tremendously. Starbucks closed the other location just down the street on and that location on Orchard Lake was always staffed well but this location is a hot mess.

There’s outdoor seating which makes it lovely but what good is that if you don’t have proper staffing or have a congested drive-through. Then there’s this great service in ordering your drinks before entering the building ugg...then the folks that don’t call in their drinks (like walk in’s or the drive-through) have to wait lengthy amount of times nearly 20 minutes for one drink ..

Then this location was closed down for a few hours one day and then another day close down for the day? What is this? You don’t explain why I am your doors it just makes no sense. The other location on 12/Orchard lake has the longest drive through line ever. Their parking is a mess and the cars that are waiting in the drive-through stops other drivers from coming through the parking lot. You guys got to get it together with these two...

Just had the most unfortunate experience at this location. I placed a mobile order and we went in to pick it up and they were quite busy, lots of people standing around waiting for mobile orders. We waited patiently until almost 20 minutes had gone by. I went to the register and was completely ignored for about 10 minutes. As I was standing there, I heard one of the employees tell another employee that they were "only getting about 1/2 the mobile orders". Yet they said NOTHING to the people who were waiting for mobile orders. Not one word. They just basically ignored those people who were waiting for mobile orders and continued to make drinks for walk-ins and the drive thru. Finally someone came to the register and I asked her to check on our order (I had the receipt right on my phone). Of course she couldn't find it, which means ours was one of the orders that didn't come through. We ended up waiting for almost 40 minutes and walked out empty handed. If you know that people are waiting around for an order that probably didn't go through, maybe SPEAK WORDS TO THEM instead of ignoring them....
