Went to Arby's today right after lunch rush. We ate there. I decided to try something different than my usual RB sandwich so I got the turkey bacon ranch. Before ordering (since I never had it before) I had questions. I asked could they make it a hot sandwich, could they make the bacon crispy and was the bread toasted. After we got our order I went to the counter and asked that they toast the bread thinking they had forgot but I was told it was toasted on the inside. The outside was just on the verge of soggy. So, I opened the sandwich to find a 1/2 slice of a tomato that covered only 1/2 of the 1/2 sandwich. It had the same amount of onion as well. Yes, they could make the sandwich hot but at best it was luke warm, room temp. Yes, they could make the bacon crispy, no they didn't it was chewy. So chewy I could make it wave when I picked it up. To me crispy is when it snaps when bent. In the end I ended up eating the raw onion and turkey with my hands. I had to toss the bread, bacon and tomato. The tomato was too messy to be eating with my hands although it was so small I could have eaten the whole piece in one bite. The onion slice I got was one ring about the same size as the 1/2 slice of tomato. Nothing like eating a turkey sandwich without the sandwich. I guess I didn't ask enough questions. You'd think they would at least put enough tomato and onion on the sandwich to be able to taste it and when I asked if the bread was toasted if they would have said on the inside I would have asked them to toast both sides. I could deal with the sandwich not being warm, (it was more of a room temp) good thing since I ate it with my fingers....

It wasn't ready so I waited and after a little over 5 minutes Igot impatient and asked where my food was. They hadn't even started making it. By the time I finally did get my food. My lunch break was over and was running late. I was quite upset about that. I went to grab the manager and after realizing that all the employees were all special needs, I decided it wasn't worth my time and turned around and went to eat my food. I sat there and ate my food then left, only to go to my job and have my boss come up to me and tell me that arby's called him and said they don't want me coming back. I had sat in the restaurant to eat my meal. Why didn't they come and say anything at that time? Why do they think me not talking to the manager and telling them off was an aggravate gesture? Then the owner gives me a response saying "hey click this link and tell me about the problem" and it will not allow me to fill out all of the fields. As in I have the city filled out but it's putting up a red star saying that it's not filled out and will not let me complete it. So corporate gives you absolutely no way to contact them about any of these issues....

Their response is totally dishonest. I did everything they suggested and didnāt even receive a response. (Over 2 weeks later)
Placed a $48.00 order through Grub Hub. Arrived 2.5 hours later, cold, soggy, and inedible. Called the restaurant to ask why they would send it out that way and was told they donāt get many grub hub orders so they just make them when they get them instead of when the driver gets there, which made zero sense. My wife is in a wheelchair and we order from grub hub frequently. The other restaurants prepare the food when the driver arrives. (Itās fast food after all) The person on the phone told me there was nothing they could do about it and gave me the email address to file a complaint. While I realize mistakes happen, itās what you do afterwards that shows who you are. I encourage the owners or managers of this restaurant to do the right thing, and not...
