⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ – A Host Like No Other: The Legend of Robert Justin Stirman
If you ever find yourself at the Chili’s in Farmington, consider yourself one of the lucky few who have the chance to experience the hospitality of a true legend: Robert Justin Stirman. Words can barely capture the awe-inspiring presence, unparalleled competence, and radiant charisma that this man brings to the host stand. He is not just an employee; he is a master of his craft, a hospitality virtuoso, and quite possibly a national treasure.
From the moment you step through the doors of Chili’s, you are greeted with the warmth of a thousand suns, the kind of welcome that makes you feel like royalty. Robert doesn’t just acknowledge your presence—he celebrates it. His smile alone could end wars. His voice, rich with the kind of authority and grace that demands respect, guides guests to their tables with the precision of an artist crafting a masterpiece. You don’t just get seated—you are escorted like an honored guest at a grand banquet.
But let’s talk about efficiency. Some hosts simply assign tables. Robert orchestrates the dining experience like a conductor leading a symphony. The way he manages the floor, ensures seamless seating, and balances customer flow is a feat that should be studied in business schools. Even during the busiest rushes, when lesser hosts might falter, Robert remains a beacon of composure, a lighthouse guiding hungry diners through the storm of peak hours. The precision, the attention to detail, the ability to predict the needs of guests before they even realize them—it’s all second nature to him.
And let’s not forget the personal touch. Robert doesn’t just see customers—he remembers them. He knows your name, your favorite spot, and probably even your favorite drink order. I’ve witnessed him recall a guest’s birthday off the top of his head, surprising them with a warm greeting that left them grinning from ear to ear. It’s this level of care, attention, and genuine hospitality that sets him apart.
I am convinced that if Robert Justin Stirman were to run for public office, he would win in a landslide. If he wrote a book on customer service, it would be a bestseller overnight. If Chili’s had an internal Hall of Fame, his portrait would hang in the grandest, most revered spot.
So, if you’re in Farmington and thinking about where to eat, go to Chili’s—not just for the food, but for the experience. And when you see Robert Justin Stirman at the host stand, know that you are in the presence of greatness.
Chili’s, give this man a raise, a promotion, and maybe even his own statue at the entrance. He is not just an employee. He...
Read moreLast time I was in Chili's was Feb. 2017 and the experience was so bad I haven't been back. It's a shame I didn't remember that when I got a craving for their nachos tonight. I ordered online for curbside service. Got a notice that my order would be ready at 4:33. Got there a few minutes early but then waited until almost 4:50 when I got out and went inside to get my order. Part of the order was ready and sitting there waiting. Great. Nachos are so good after sitting. A couple of people started trying to figure out where the rest of my order was. Turns out their "to go" person was not in yet. So they got a manager over there and she was going to get me some coupons. More waiting. Still don't have all my order and no offer to remake what is already cold. I was told I was supposed to check in when I got there. OK, figured that was on me but once I came home I checked everything and there were no instructions to check in. Not on me after all. Still waiting on all my food. The manager is asking for my name because apparently she doesn't actually have those coupons and couldn't just look at the order I had paid for with a credit card with my name on it. I told her to forget the coupons. The rest of my food had finally arrived. I picked it up and brought it home. It was just as tasty as I expected after sitting there all that time. I threw it all away. Hopefully I won't forget and make the mistake of going to Chili's again.
Chili's responded that they would like for me to contact them so they can make sure I have a better experience next time. I've left two reviews a year apart. Both mentioned no employee there to do the job. No servers. No one to seat people. No "to go" person on duty. My review is not the only one mentioning that problem. They haven't fixed that in over a year's time. Why do I need to contact them? If they cared, they would have already fixed that problem. Thanks Chili's. Unless I forget again, there won't be...
Read moreWorst dinning experience that I have ever had!!! The food was so bad that I couldn't eat it. The margarita was the worst margarita that I have ever tasted but I over looked that as I'm not too picky. They failed to include any napkins or eating utensils when the food was brought out but I made due without them, after spending 5 minutes looking for someone to ask for them and still being unable to find anyone. I ordered the appetizer trio and a cup of soup. I tried one bite of each appetizer on the appetizer plate and then realized that I needed to talk to someone about the food as there was no part of it that was even decent. I waited nearly 15 minutes to finally get attention from my waitress about the food issue and then I had to wait another 10 minutes to talk to the manager. The whole time, just sitting there staring at the wall with nothing to eat or drink because it took 20 minutes to get a refill on my margarita and I didn't even have any water to drink because appearently someone had came and cleared off my table while I was waiting for my food, because I had to leave the table for three minutes. I made sure to inform my waitress prior to getting up, that I would be right back. After I was done eating what little food was edible and had already been waiting 15 minutes to ask for my check, my margarita finally came! When the manager finally did come after waiting another 10 minutes for HIM to come, he did not even offer to take back or refund my completely uneaten meal, aside from the few small sample bites. He only offered a discount on the meal, even though I made it clear that it was inedible and that I would not be eating any of it. Then they over charged me on my cup of soup and two margaritas by nearly double. Unfortunately, I didn't realize until I got home. I drove 3 hours round trip just to eat at Chili's because it has been my favorite restaurant for 30 years. The incompetence at this location is...
