Cicis Pizza — Restaurant in Farmington

EDIT - tried one more time with my family. Paid for 4 people and then saw hardly anything out and what was out was clearly old and dry!! Immediately asked for a refund while handing 3 plates and 3 empty cups back too the same person that rang us up. Well they refused to give me a refund for the 3 people that didn’t eat saying there was no proof that we didn’t eat other than the whole 3 minutes it took to see the lack of food and hand the dishes too the cashier, when asked don’t they have cameras too see that we didn’t eat they decided to ignore us. So owner of this cicis I really hope you read this review. I will be posting the video of your manager refusing to refund my money and contacting the local news as well. All I wanted was a refund for the 3 people that didn’t eat or drink anything due to the lack and quality of food available

Was there today about 2pm or so. Have not been too this location in a long time. We had a group of 9. We found a table for us and it was not anywhere near clean. Said something to the 1 employee I saw washing tables and she made some comment about a big group just leaving and went back behind the counter instead of cleaning our table. I had too clean it my self. I also noticed while walking around that there was trash and bits of food all over the floor like it hadn’t been swept in days. They were also out of sweet tea, Dr Pepper and another soda. When I said something too a younger girl with a nose ring and a taller guy in a red shirt their response was we just had a big group leave. Neither tried to take care of the drink station. So the same excuse was used by 3 different people, one of which was the manager on duty. Pretty pathetic excuse to make up for the lack of cleanliness and over poor attitude of the employees. The only reason my review has more than one star is because they actually had a good selection of pizzas out. Good luck if you choose...

Went into the building 85% of all tables were drity. All pasta and sauces were under the required temperatures to meet health codes. There was a broken bench my daughter sat on and it fell in. I asked for a manager, I was told everyone is in charge. Sat down to eat and there was a long blonde hair cooked into my food. I took it to the front counter. Explained the situation to a boy who looked to be about 13 years old. No gloves no hair nets. He took the plate to the back. Came back with the excuse it's an open air environment. I asked for the names of the employees/ all the managers. That I would be reporting to the health department. That is when the lady came back to the front counter saying she was in charge, not him. I then again explained the situation. She told me she'd get the owner. Another man then comes up. I explained the entire situation for a third time. He used the same excuse of the open air environment. I asked for his name. He said it's Brad. I asked for the last name, he refused to give it to me. I said the hair clearly wasn't mine, I have short black hair. I informed him I was reporting the store to the health department. He refused any further communication and told me to leave. I called the police department to report the situation. Apparently they have new management and owners. I will never give this restaurant my...

The employees done the best that you could expect from them with all of the people that was in there there was at least 10 groups up over 10 people in each group besides other customers in there the poor workers as soon as they put a pizza down the whole pizza would be gone they did not have time to be able to keep Pizza on the buffet because they were understaffed over whelmed quit over a hundred people in there I think they've done a beautiful fantastic job for the employees they had in the madhouse the restaurant was I even had to wash off my own table if he's able to set my family of five down but I did not mind that because these hard-working employees but you had there Saturday night with giving it their all over 100% so you have an excellent crew there it would just be nice one more people will go back to work and help the overload that was put on your employees to Saturday night I had tipped when I paid for my food I never seen another customer leave any kind of tip and your employees deserved it I just want you to know that you have one heck of a hard-working Godly crew to do what they done Saturday evening in there around 6 and 7 p.m. kudos to your employees they need to be employees of the year thank you for the...
