For a place that boasts itself as the "best breakfast in town", we were a little disappointed to be served a merely mediocre meal. The portions and prices were reasonably good, and the servers were friendly and accommodating. Due to COVID-19 we did have to wait for a table to open up but we were seated in only 7 minutes (Sunday morning, around 9 am). The disappointment lied in the food itself which was average at best. We experienced room temperature french toast, hash browns, and cold bacon. Our food was pretty basic and bland, but the bacon was cooked to perfection, perfectly crisped, which is a technique I have yet to master. The coffee was delicious to drink as we had our booties stabbed by the springs poking through the seat cushion holes. It's okay though since I'm used to having things in my butt. All in all, I would eat at Factory Diner 2 again as it is the only breakfast chain offered in Farmington (making its claim to fame as the "best breakfast in town"...
Read moreVery pleasant young lady who waited on us! Wish I could remember her name. I do remember that her shoes matched the red checkered dinner theme lol. The husband and I had several errands to run that morning before we went for breakfast. This young lady was about the only person who we encountered that morning who was pleasant and professional. I am not referring to any of the other dinner staff. Other places we visited that morning seemed that everyone was unhappy or disliked their job. It was definitely nice to end our morning errands with such a pleasant young lady! Food was good. We had an Omelet that was alot of food. 2 people could definitely share one. Each should get something different so you have a variety to share with one another. No wait time at the door or for our food which was nice because after running that morning we were ready...
Read moreStopped in here around 145. ( Note they close at 3pm so it's best to get there by 2ish). We had not been here before. Their menu is huge with all sorts of breakfast items filling up two pages of their expansive offerings. Our mouth drooled as we reviewed the 1/2lb burgers, the gyros and wraps but we settled on ordering breakfast. Hubs ordered a skillet topped with eggs, peppers and potatoes. I had the Farmington omelet which had breakfast meats, peppers, onions and a side of hashbrown. These items were on PLATTERS. Like super huge portions. The fast service, the hot delicious food makes this place our new favorite place for breakfast-oh and did I mention that my omelet was under $8! And we found out that they have 3 locations total! Can't wait to go back and try more...
