Maurices — Local services in Farmington

I recently visited Maurices and I have to say, the store associates (Carely, Maddie, Aubrey) were absolutely amazing. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond to help my daughter find the perfect outfit for her first job. The selection of clothes was great too, with trendy styles that fit her personal style perfectly.

However, I did notice that the dressing rooms could use some updating. They were a bit small and cramped, and the lighting could be improved to better showcase the clothes. I also think that adding some mirrors outside the dressing rooms would be helpful, so that customers can see how they look from different angles without having to keep going in and out of the dressing room.

Despite this, I still had a great shopping experience at Maurices, largely thanks to the wonderful store associates. They truly made the experience enjoyable and stress-free. I love Maurices in general! I do have some issues with clothes (not very often) but when I do they are all too willing to correct it! I love the customer service I get and that goes a long way with me. When I spend this much on clothing I expect it to be of good quality and when there is something wrong with it I expect it to be fixed without hassle and that is what happens when I go to Maurices. I’ve bought a kimono in the past, worn it once and noticed a tear all the way from bottom to top through the seam when going to wear a second time. I took it back and they exchanged it no questions asked and it was a 4-month old purchase. You may pay more here than other places but you cannot go to these other places and get customer service like that! I will buy from...

I hadn't really shopped here much before but I've stopped in quite often in the last 6 months. The employees are always super friendly and after visiting a couple times, one even started addressing me by name which I thought was a nice touch. The sizing is a little weird sometimes. I really love their heathered long sleeve soft shirts and they always have such cute stuff for each season. I look forward to future visits and updating...
