I was full on gonna give this budtender Brenden five stars and move on with my day. But I smoked the devil’s lettuce Kenny McCormick that the budtender Brenden sold me. Then I get a text asking for a review of how the budtender Brenden did. I usually ignore the texts like that but… funny thing about them Hybrids like the one Brenden sold me… I wound up reading all the reviews… I gotta say... I don’t think they should lump everyone’s reviews together like that… Especially right after asking how the budtender Brenden did. None of the few one-star reviews; that, honestly, are more like 3-star experiences, but everyone’s having their day right? They really seem like they’re not the Budtender Brenden’s fault either. They literally name some other budtender besides the budtender Brenden. I went through a whole roller coaster of emotions about how these budtender Brenden must feel about all these low scores that didn’t reflect the budtender Brenden’s efforts. My budtender Brenden was awesome, the other folks were awesome too. So I figure I’d write some stuff down for budtender Brenden… I was going to keep it short, but the Lords cigarette gave me this thought that the algorithms in this rating system here might count how many times the budtenders name appears in a 5-star review, but possibly not separate out how many times “per” review, and if this exposes the error in programming it’s a win-win and that might lead to budtender Brenden getting a boost or perk of some sort recognizing budtender Brenden’s great customer service and budtender Brenden’s attentive attitude to his customers. I hope that if I’m correct and the result is budtender Brenden gets a nice surprise like I did when budtender Brenden said I had $10 worth of points!

Read moreExtremely disappointed with this visit. The recent times I have been in, it’s been anywhere from 10-15 minutes before close. Employees have repeatedly locked the door as I was getting out of my car, if doors weren’t already locked.. This visit, a female employee locked the door, right in front of me as I stood a ft away on the other side of the door confused because it’s 9:53, they don’t close for another 10 minutes. She locked the door & then proceeded to unlock it, peek her head out & ask if I had an online order. I said yes & she let me in. She then goes to say “I ask because I have to have everyone checked out BY 10” to which I responded “Okay well It’s 9:55 right?” she argued “No i actually have to have you checked out by 10” i said “Well it’s not 10 yet” I go to checkout my one item, she goes behind the counter & slams my prerolls on the counter for the budtender to bag up. She comes back out and hovers over the computer screen as i’m paying. This is unacceptable. Bottom line, if there are certain times that this establishment needs to have customers checked out, or lights out, doors locked, then this business needs to take it upon themselves to change their hours or make appropriate times to shop & check out. Read moreOur first visit to The Bloc was on a Sunday…(Yay for being open on my day off!) My husband and I were promptly greeted upon entering the lobby. After providing our IDs and getting set up as new customers, Amber K. introduced herself and led us on a short, educational tour of the store. The first thing I noticed was that the store was very clean and smelled so good! We chatted briefly about what we were wanting to purchase, and Amber quickly narrowed down the products we were looking for. She answered every single thing that we asked about without being pushy or confusing; instead she was very patient and informative and made us feel comfortable. And let me tell you, this girl knows her stuff! We actually ended up spending a lot less than I originally thought we would, (thanks in part to their new customer discount), so I really didn’t mind splurging on an additional product that I was curious to try. Again, Amber helped me understand everything about it, from what to expect to suggesting her favorite flavor when I couldn’t decide which one I wanted, and she nailed it!! I loved it and I’m planning on going back later this week to purchase more! Overall we received fast service, useful information, great products, fair prices, and a genuine overall friendliness from the whole staff during our visit.
