Maple Valley Center — Local services in Farmington

This center, while large and having nice businesses in it, looks straight out of 1990. It has hardly changed in 30yrs and looks like garbage. The exterior screams "failing economy" and is a Google graveyard of failed businesses. So many businesses have called that place home only to go under or move. The center does not lend to anything appealing to draw customers to it. The bushes at the edge of the parking lot have ALWAYS blocked the view to pull out to the stop sign and too many accidents have happened here specifically because of the bushes. Every year the plants get bigger and every year more wrecks...

Parking is getting hard to get in and out of. Very congested in these areas. Wish they would do something...

JC Penny worker are incompetent. Had to wait for 15 minutes for help at jewelry counter. Poor...
