I ordered a large deep dish pizza with quit a few topping and bread and apple pie pizza it took over an hour to be delivered and it was all cold the bread sticks were not even cooked all the way and the apple pie pizza looked like it been dropped or shook up in the box of course when I called the store no one answered and when I went up there they were closed so I waited and called the fallowing morning and the GM was very rude and said he will give me a credit for my food why would I want a credit I won’t be ordering food from this location ever again my first experience was horrible I want a full refund but then he tells me to bring the food back to him that wasn’t eaten in order to get my refund remind you this was the day before and my whole family is sick with Covid so u want me to bring pizza into your store that’s been around a bunch of ppl that are sick to get a refund I’m just baffled and very upset about this whole situation cottage inn I will continue to put up one star reviews about this whole bad encounter until my money is returned and I will remind everyone to not eat at this location ever again I wouldn’t expect anything good from this place at all plus the manager is very rude if the employees made the food right and my food arrived and was delicious I wouldn’t have called or wasted my time to come up there and get a refund and they wouldn’t return my money so why tell me I can get a refund in cash when I paid with a card then when I arrive u tell me u can’t refund my money I’m just a little confused and...
Read moreAwful...just plain awful. So I ordred my pizza via their website, and got my confirmation email telling me the address of my pick up. I show up, give the lady my name, my phone number and then get told, "oh your pizza was probably sent to the Novi location." Now I'm about to call the water commissioner because there must be something in the water here in Downtown Farmington, because oddly enough, Tuby's told me last year, "We ignored your order because the Novi Location keeps sending us fake orders." After the lady working ignored me for 10 minutes, I finally asked, "so what, should I call Novi and have them find my pizza or should I have the people at 33216 Grand River, Farmington MI find it?" To my amazement she then somehow magically found it! I also took it upon myself to let the Novi Cottage Inn know that clearly ya'll got some sort of beef, and maybe you should sort that out. I suppose I could say I have some built up rage against you folks. Because I must also tell you that I have requested Garlic Butter Crust on every pizza order that I've placed with you in the last month, and have only gotten plain crust. Read moreI placed an order online. I was not aware that you could not use the Groupon with the special they had. I ordered a gourmet pizza and another one with one topping. I had issues with ordering online where I choose my items and it would kick me out or wouldn't save. Well I thought I had it save my choices and the order was placed. I went to the store to pick up the pizza and was informed I had to pay additional because I couldn't use the Groupon with the pizza, okay no problem, I paid the difference. Then I realize the second pizza was just a cheese and should have had pepperoni. I expressed this to the people and the girl took the pizza and I thought she was just going to make it no problem. She came back and said I would be charged for an extra pizza. There was obviously error, why would I be charged for another one. Instead their solution was to add pepperoni on an already cooked pizza. It was disputed and eventually I told them to refund me my money and left without anything.
