Update: Since leaving my original review, we have ordered from this store several more times requesting contactless delivery. They came through! Delivery driver always wears a mask, leaves it exactly where we request, and the food is still great! Happy to continue business with them.
Original Review: We order food from this particular store often. The pizza is almost always fantastic, and it delivers fast. However, the past few times we've ordered our pizza, we order it for contactless delivery, and the delivery driver will ring the doorbell, and wait for us to come to the door to hand it to us, instead of leaving it in the designated spot. This wouldn't offend me, except this particular driver hasn't been wearing a mask. I understand that a lot of people may be "over" the pandemic, or believe that it isn't real. We are not those people, and would prefer that the people preparing and delivering our food to be wearing masks. It's the entire reason we order delivery instead of going out to eat. I left this review as a 3 star review. We will continue to order from this Domino's store, and if this changes, I'll come back and change my review to 5 stars. Read moreIt’s been about 5 years now and we have never been able to utilize the website for convenient ordering or the advertised discounts/points. We then call the local telephone number and are connected to a national call center that, instead, inform us that delivery is unavailable in our area (even though they have always delivered to us and our entire neighborhood when we are able to contact the local store, which also has a record of our previous orders). We’ve asked every time that they fix this; the corporate office points the finger at the local store and the local store points the finger back at them. The bottom line, is you are part of a franchise and you should be supporting the discounts, conveniences and community support your company so proudly advertises. Read moreLast 2 times I've ordered online, the driver went to the wrong address. The first time I was able to flag down the driver to tell him he was at the wrong address. Last night the driver tried to call my phone but it was on silent, I did see the text come through and answered the text message stating that he was.....again....at the wrong house and told him where to go. No response. I texted again asking if I was going to get my food and the response was "No, I already left. You need to call the store" How hard is it to read the correct address on the order and go to the correct house? My house number is right on my mailbox in bold lettering.
