Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers — Restaurant in Farmington

Love this place. Their Concretes are beyond awesome. Burgers, very unique, a taste you won't find anywhere else around here. (a little thin) but not any less fulfilling. Not greasy at all. And the French fry's, do not pass these up. Even if you don't normally get fry's get these ones and get their special Freddy's fry sauce. They will change your life. And want to explore the menu a bit? Get anything at all and you'll be satisfied and will want to return to try something else new. There is a double drive-thru, they're very fast. Or go inside, sit down and enjoy your meal. With tons of indoor seating. Men & Women's restrooms available. Big parking lot. Extremely easy to see just drivimg down mainstreet. You'll have to turn in Sam's Club or Walmart to get into their parking lot but it's not in either of their parking lots it's just they don't have a street entrance directly into it. Went to Freddy’s at recommendation of friend and so happy I did! I had been craving a good burger, fries and shake and this was the perfect place to satisfy the craving. The employee taking our order (can’t remember his name) was not overly friendly at first but by the end of the process was great. Other employees were great as well. It took only a short time to receive our meal and again ... yum! I ordered the patty melt, fries and chocolate shake. Everything tasted wonderful. A little greasy, which is expected, but not overly greasy to the point it was dripping in it. My husband ordered the bacon cheeseburger and also loved it. I understand good things take time but, that really doesn't justify waiting in the same spot for an excess of thirty minutes without moving. I thankfully wasn't in any rush at the time but, if your working and only have thirty minutes to grab something to eat... don't get it here.

After reading the little post on their menu about quality with time, I have to say that once I did receive my order-I wasn't satisfied. Let me put it this way, I've eaten at burger joints in Canada which had way more meat than what I eventually received. It tasted great I will admit but, it was very minimal in portion.

The customer service was alright but nothing too prestigious. The order taker seemed brusque.

All in all, decent place to grab something to eat, just don't expect generous portions or efficient...
