Kool Treats-San Juan Plaza — Restaurant in Farmington

Stopped here specifically for Agua Fresca . I got a strawberry and cream and it was really good. I like the cucumber and lime one as well. Can't go wrong with these two flavors. I have not had their other flavors so can't speak for those. Looking at the menu , I was enticed to get a elote. The elote comes with butter, mayo, cotija cheese and hot cheetos topping for $7 bucks. The presentation of the elote looked good but was very disappointed once I started to dig in. It was if I only asked for corn, and a light dusting of cotija cheese and a drop of mayo. It was very dry. I thought maybe as I dig through , it would be layered with mayo, cheese, etc , but it wasn't. It was disappointing to know that I paid 7 bucks and some change for just corn. The drink I received was BEAUTIFUL. Service was quick and friendly (Shawna i believe was her name). Drink did take a little bit but faster than i thought, honestly. Considering when the drink has like 6 different things going on with it. I had no problem waiting, I thought It was worth it. Hands down BEST Horchata ive EVER HAD. Will be back ! The menu has a great variety and I'm excited to try more!

Would love to see a menu posted online? That would be my only "complaint " but maybe I'm just not looking in the right...

I got the Elote and it was extremely good!! I was at work all day and I hadn’t eaten and it was the perfect snack!! I also got a shaved ice and it was good with the elote! The service was good and I got my stuff fast I had gotten 2 shaved ice and 2 elote and 1 watermelon drink!! The ladies were sweet and another helped me with the door before I left!! I love coming here for the shaved ice but I’ll for sure come back...
