McDonald's — Restaurant in Farmington

My boyfriend and I stop in tonight to get some dinner after running some errands. We ordered our food and started to get our drinks. My boyfriend walked to the counter to ask if they had any unsweet tea and they proceeded to tell us no and so he asked for water instead (it was close to midnight, both of us were tired and were just wanting to get food to take home) the lady said that the water is at the fountain and my boyfriend went to get it. As he was filling his cup I heard the same lady talk about him to her coworkers saying how she cant believe he didnt know where the water was (again close to midnight we were tired). Then her and some other employees started joking around with each other and were cussing at each other. The same lady that made fun of my boyfriend brought the food out and sat it on the counter and walked away without saying a single word to us. When we get home both of our hot and spicy sandwiches had no condiments on them of any kind. Again I realize it was pretty late and that's why we ordered Togo but at least make the food right. I know it's just a McDonalds but I expect to have respect in any establishment and that was not what we recieved at this location. I would assume they got the customers in the drive threw didnt have their orders right either considering the actions of the individuals in the back. What has happened to local McDonald's. The amount of catch up and mustard on sandwich wow way too much. Sloppy hamburger cold fries. Definitely not the McDonald's of the past. Definitely disappointed reaffirms decision to go to Burger King Burger King understands drive-through but they also understand dine in customers want a clean and sanitary inside environment. Burger King has also continued to have a Play area for children. Obviously McDonald's is more concerned about profits and not the enjoyment of children my daughter no longer wants to go to McDonald's and want to spend more time at her favorite spot Burger King where she can play and enjoy her meal in a clean environment. And I too agree I love the fact that at Burger King I can watch television while my child plays in the player yeah well I enjoy my mail. First of all it's mcdonalds so not sure if this review will matter much but here goes I live in aztec and came into farmington to pick up my son from the gym decided mcdonalds is great in aztec its been awhile we will try this one but as usual they are not friendly in the slightest. The first drive-thru window there was a very unhappy mcdonalds employee didn't see a name badge so unsure of her name but she looked like she was mad at the world and couldn't greet us matter of fact it was like she didn't have a voice and if her face got stuck like that it wouldn't surprise me. I work in customer service and been in the business for 15+ years its a much easier life/job if make the best of it not hate every part of it. If you hate your job , get a new one don't make yourself plus everyone else miserable its no way to live. So this mcdonalds gets 2 stars they are always messing up my food...
