Mo' Bettahs Hawaiian Style Food — Restaurant in Farmington

Mo bettahs is always delicious BUT ever since this location opened up, I've always encountered an employee that is cross contaminating. For instance, I walked in and noticed an employee was dropping raw pieces of chicken into the fryer, then touch all of the handles and the fridge door AND THEN he proceeded to turn around and ask me for my order WITHOUT changing his gloves. I politely asked him to change his gloves and he did. But I shouldn't even have to ask. Every food establishment knows that when you handle RAW poultry and meat, you throw out those gloves, wash your hands, and put on new gloves because of the risk of bacteria. Raw chicken can easily give someone food poisoning, its dangerous. And the thing is, this isn't the first time I've witnessed/ had this happen to me at this location. Please remind your staff about cross contamination. Customers can potentially get very ill...

If you asked my friends what my favorite thing to eat is they all know it’s Mo’ Bettahs!! This is the most delicious food you will ever have! I honestly could talk about this place for hours and how much I am satisfied every time I come here. I come here for lunch about every single day and love it I always get the keiki plate with kalua pig and brown rice, and if I really want to treat myself I get the mini plate with 2 kalua pig. So if you where to ask me what qualifies me to get this $100 gift card, there’s a lot… I’m a student and would love to continue eating here with $100 Free!!! I have been coming to Mo’ Bettahs for years and until this year have never left disappointed. I also never write reviews but a few weeks ago my girlfriend and I came to the farmington location and went through the drive through. The rice was crunchy and dry and was honestly inedible. We decided again to try this location thinking it was a fluke and the same exact issues came up. The rice was just as hard and crunchy and hurt if you bit it wrong and the chicken is mostly just burnt dry pieces. This place has not been the same and sadly I do not foresee it returning to my regular rotation. Very nice staff, not good food....
