Savvy Sliders Farmington — Restaurant in Farmington

So we decide on 05/20/2025 at 7:00 pm, we would give savvy at this location another shot seeing they have a new chicken Thai sandwich, which was actually pretty tasty. We decided to add the so-called rib steak sandwich and they were all dry and unacceptable and tasteless overcooked. We contacted the manager who said he was the owner, which gave us an attitude, since we already ordered, they could not refund our money and they would not be willing to exchange for other food. Told them we would be contacting corporate and they could care less. Needless to say, we will not be doing business in this location ever again. We will be visiting the local corporate office in the morning. I think this manager/owner is hurting the overall image of Savvy Sliders. See pictures below.

5:30 pm on Sunday 29 2023. Like night and day from the last time we ate here. This place is already going down hill. The buns were dry and cracking falling apart. The food was cold and it wasn’t fresh. I don’t think they even change the fryer oil. Obviously has everything to do with who’s working there at the time you eat. If this keeps up, we will not...

The 5 Pc. Spicy Chicken Fingers where not as crispy as I would like, and the spicy seasoning isn't spicy... maybe spicy for a basic white guy who only puts a tiny pinch of pepper on food. Expecially at $3 per tiny tender. The big signature burger is half the size of a burger you can get from several other local restaurants, lacking flavor, and seems that the beef is not seasoned (id understand quality over quantity - but id rather get both quality and quantity elsewhere). The boom fried chicken sandwhich has little flavor, primarily from the sauce and the chicken was not really crispy. The Hangover burger was surprisingly good, but not like you'd expect; I loved how it tasted like a maple breakfast sausage sandwich! The fries are basic crinkle cut fries with some seasoning... can't believe it's ~$5 for a super small pack - even a mcdonalds large is more for less and more crispy.

Overall, I cannot believe this business is spreading so much with such over priced, under seasoned food. I'd suggest eating at any other local burger spot (basement burger bar, detroit burger bar, the rolling stoves, burger fi), getting fast food, or just buying groceries and cooking basic burgers at home unless you like spending big bucks for cheap...

It was good food but the boomin chicken slider has a funny taste, I couldn’t finish it. The cod slider was so good and the perch special they had was good.

Place was clean and nice, bathroom was clean too.

The service was fine, I ordered lemon pepper fries and I got plain fries, I asked for lemon pepper and they worked for me. My main concern was they have a deal where you can add a combo (fries and drink) for 3.99. I added a combo to one of my orders and the cashier charged me for a small fries and a drink separate on the bill which added up to $5 and some change. Yes it a couple dollars difference but it’s the concept of us trusting that we are being charged for what we see on the menu. Luckily I caught on and he was able to change it before I tapped my card. The cashier was nice overall, it was just that moment that really made me feel uneasy.

Anyways the food was good overall, good price, u get what u pay for. Just wish the chicken was better, had savvy slider at the mall and it was...
