Starbucks — Restaurant in Farmington

More than half of the time that I go to this location I am not able to get the drink I want. At least 4 times I have heard the excuse that they are cleaning the Frappuccino thing and can't make my drink. At least 3 times they were out of whip cream. (Come on this store is Inside a grocery store, apparently it has to be Starbucks whip cream). At least 2 times I have heard they are out of whatever mix for Frappuccinos and can't make any Frappuccinos. Then yesterday they were out of caramel. A couple times I have been there 30 minutes or so before they close and they refused to make my drink because they were already cleaning the machine they said and I've also seen them close earlier than their posted hours. This morning I went there at 1030 and there was a man in front of me buying a coffee cup and then when i went to order the girl seemed very annoyed and kinda rolled her eyes when I ordered. When I was paying I looked up at the register and noticed a sign that said "closed for lunch be back in 30 minutes" so I am guessing that was the reason the girl was so annoyed with my presence and didn't even bother to say thank you or have a good day, or anything, she just walked off to make my drink. I would give a zero stars. I just got off working a double shift, I was so exhausted. The “GIRL” working the cashier was very rude. I tried to use my app the pay for my drinks and she told me they don’t accept the bar code. So I used my card. She asked if I wanted my receipt and I said “No thank you, that’s fine” I walked away and she said “some people today” I ignored what she said because I thought “how childish and rude” I was not going to entertain the situation. As I waited both girls were giggling and my order was done. I said “thanks” but idk if they heard me & the girl said to me again “YOUR WELCOME” in a very rude tone. I just wanted a drink for myself and one to take home to my daughter. I was so tired and still had some shopping to do & a hour drive home. I have never experienced this kind of customer service from any Starbucks!! I’ll never go back to...

Not sure why the employees have attitudes most of the time. A few years ago before they moved and remodeled, I asked an employee if they have the new drinks during Christmas she just gave me an unprofessional expression and said no? their very late at putting out their new drinks.
